The difference between the thickness of buckle.
The main difference lies in whether the buckle force and the tension force are deformed. It is between 1.5 and 3.0 of the conventional standard. Less than 1.2 is nonstandard and may cause security problems.
General standards can refer to the following table:
Luggage buckle: the material requires high-temperature forging, and the thickness is between 3 mm and 5 mm.
Vibrating device type buckle: it is required to be elastic and adjustable, and the thickness is between 3 mm and 2 mm.
Outdoor wet buckle: 304 stainless steel is required to be corrosion resistant. The thickness is between 1.5-2.5.
