Shanghai Lingang Industrial Zone covers a full range of low-,medium-and high-speed marine engines in the manufacturing base of ship key parts, and various marine equipment supporting enterprises have begun to gather. In particular, the first phase of CSSC Sanjing marine diesel engine project has been put into production, with an annual output of 6.5438+0.7 million horsepower, and the second phase has been started, which will eventually form an annual output of 4 million horsepower. The base mainly manufactures high-power low-speed diesel engines with a cylinder diameter of more than 600 mm, and can also manufacture the theoretical largest diesel engine with a cylinder diameter of1080 mm. At present, the world's largest diesel engine with a cylinder diameter of 900 mm has been manufactured in batches. This base is the largest and most advanced marine diesel engine production base in China. The electric marine crankshaft project can produce 0/60 crankshafts per year, which can be used to produce diesel crankshafts with a cylinder diameter of 900 mm, making China one of the few countries that have mastered this technology after Japan, South Korea and other countries. These projects have effectively changed the old situation of "China shell, foreign heart" and "ship, machine and shaft" in China shipbuilding. In terms of power generation and power transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing base, million kilowatt nuclear power main equipment, million kilowatt nuclear power main equipment, heavy-duty gas turbines, electric heavy-duty combined plant with extreme (super-large, heavy-duty and over-limit) heavy-duty equipment manufacturing capacity, electric heavy-duty wharf with lifting capacity 1400 tons and berth condition of 5,000 tons have been completed and put into operation, and the project of nuclear power internals of a machine tool company with an annual output of 2.5 sets will be completed soon, with an annual output of nuclear power internals and control rod drive. The nuclear power hoisting transportation project will be completed next year, with an annual output of 49,000 tons of complete sets of nuclear power hoisting transportation and heavy hoisting transportation equipment. In July this year, the evaporator of 600,000 kW nuclear power unit with a length of 2 1 m, a maximum diameter of 4.4 m and a weight of 3,350 tons was rolled off the production line and transported to Qinshan Nuclear Power Station. China has become one of the few countries that can manufacture this kind of equipment after the United States, France, Japan and South Korea. These equipment projects will lay the foundation for the basic localization of nuclear power equipment in China. In addition, UHV AC high-power transmission and transformation equipment and DC transmission equipment projects are under construction. Two MW wind power equipment projects, Shanghai Electric and Huayi Electric, are about to start. The industrial zone will also introduce projects such as electromechanical automatic control instruments and actively strive for other leading wind power manufacturing projects at home and abroad. In the future, Lingang Industrial Zone is expected to become the largest high-end power generation and related equipment manufacturing base in China. In terms of offshore engineering equipment manufacturing base, CSSC has started to build a world-class large-scale offshore engineering and shipbuilding supporting base, including two special industrial docks, with an annual output of 4 offshore engineering platforms and 30 offshore engineering life modules or marine life modules (up to 50 can be built). Among them, the ultra-deep water semi-submersible platform belongs to the sixth generation international offshore deepwater drilling platform, equipped with double derricks, and belongs to fully intelligent drilling. The maximum operating water depth is 3000m, and the maximum drilling depth is12000m. It is the first super-large deepwater equipment in China, representing the world advanced level of drilling platforms. In terms of supporting bases of civil aviation industry, at this year's air show, AVIC set up a supporting base of Shanghai civil aviation industry in Lingang Industrial Zone to attract supporting projects of national aviation industry and develop industries such as engines, avionics, electromechanical, environmental control, new materials and aviation logistics. The first batch of start-up projects were aero-engine projects. China Commercial Aircraft Engine Company was established with the joint investment of AVIC and Shanghai, with a registered capital of 6 billion yuan. In other manufacturing bases such as construction machinery, mainly ports and logistics machinery, CIMC container manufacturing and maintenance, Kama port machine, Kone port machine, vibrating pile machine and other projects have been completed and put into operation, and will continue to expand. With the completion of Tanaka laser machinery, Atlas air compressor, Kaishan air compressor, ThyssenKrupp construction machinery, Hillbo loading and unloading machinery, Heath Zhuang Ming machine tool, large coal mine hydraulic support, crawler excavator and other projects, the base will cover more fields.
In terms of logistics support, we will speed up the construction of bonded and non-bonded logistics warehouses with the goal of "improving the comprehensive value-added logistics function, connecting Yangshan Port with the equipment industry base, and realizing the joint development of bonded logistics bases, non-bonded logistics bases and self-operated hub logistics bases of large logistics enterprises". Leading logistics operators and supporting suppliers at home and abroad, such as Maersk, COSCO, China Shipping, China Storage, Zhongte Logistics, Shanghai Jiao Yun, DHL, German Global Freight, Kawasaki Steamboat, Caterpillar Logistics, Prologis, Kerry Tuck, Worldway, Yeshuifu, Xuntong (CWT), Yi Yatong, Malaysia Integrated Logistics and Philips Logistics, have been introduced, and the equipment has been effectively upgraded. In the next stage, we will also focus on the construction of Fengxian sub-zone of logistics park, providing a broader development space for the development of port logistics, industrial logistics, regional logistics and equipment manufacturing projects that need coastline. In terms of supporting industrial services, relying on port logistics service center, bonded port area management service center and other functional facilities, we will vigorously attract outstanding professional service providers at home and abroad to settle in, realize the spatial agglomeration of producer services, and provide various producer services and integrated solutions for manufacturing enterprises.
