What medical equipment is suitable for rural people?

It is suggested to train short-term general practitioners to alleviate the pressure of shortage of village doctors. There is indeed a shortage of medical talents in rural areas, and since few medical students return to serve in rural areas after completing their undergraduate courses, it is necessary to formulate and train a group of intermediate specialists as general practitioners and let them stay at the grassroots level.

During the two sessions, CPPCC members suggested that few students really want to go back to their hometown after completing their undergraduate studies, which led to the lack of medical conditions in rural areas. It is suggested to make a short-term plan, for example, to train some middle-level specialists to be rural doctors, instead of letting medical students who have completed five years of undergraduate courses become junior doctors, which can effectively alleviate the medical pressure in rural areas. Because many medical students work in big cities after graduation, some small clinics can't receive patients at all, and all of them are transferred to hospitals above the county level, which leads to the overload operation of these hospitals and the gap between urban and rural areas. Therefore, it is very recommended to make a short-term plan now.

CPPCC members suggested training short-term general practitioners to ease the medical pressure in rural areas. At present, there is a real shortage of medical talents in rural areas, and only about 30,000 out of 1 10,000 medical graduates have been compiled.

Because most medical students want to go higher after graduation, which means they will choose to go to some big cities for development. They think that if they develop in rural areas, not only the wages are low, but also the environment is very poor, so they can't play their true level. This may also be the idea of many medical students, so they can't keep the heart of the countryside. Now they plan to train a group of general practitioners, hoping to use some policies and salaries to keep them at the grassroots level to serve the people.

In fact, after training general practitioners, we should improve their treatment and medical environment and let them stay at the grassroots level.

We should not only raise their wages, but also provide them with various preferential policies, so that they will be interested in this career. After all, people live on wages.

If this policy is implemented, it can solve the problem of poor medical level in rural areas of China and alleviate the problem of traffic overload in big cities.
