According to the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Import and Export of the Technologies of the People's Republic of China, hereby promulgate the "Catalog of Technologies Prohibited and Restricted for Export", which shall be implemented as of January 1, 2002. January 1, 2002 shall come into force.

Description:
(1) Numbering: ***7 digits
Year code + Classification number + Technical name class number + Control level code
2 digits 2 digits 2 digits 1 letter
Year code consists of the last two digits of the year in which the catalog was compiled
Classification number and technical name class number are the same as the corresponding ones in the sorting index table. No. corresponds to the corresponding number in the Sorting Index Table (Bold is the classification number)
The "J" in the control level code indicates that the export is prohibited, and the "X" indicates that the export is restricted.
(2) Technical name: a general term for a class of technology.
(3) Control Points: the technical content, characteristics and scope of the technology to be controlled in this category.
(4) export conditions:
① "△" indicates that the technology (software and hardware) prohibits or restricts the export of products can be exported;
② "◇" indicates that the technology software prohibits or restricts the export of technology hardware and products can be exported;
③ "▲" technology (software, hardware), products are prohibited or restricted exports.
