After research and justification, the State Council has decided to abolish and decentralize another 64 administrative approval items and 18 sub-items. It is also proposed to cancel and decentralize 6 administrative approval items established in accordance with the relevant laws, and the State Council will, in accordance with legal procedures, request the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to amend the relevant legal provisions.
All regions and departments should do a good job in the implementation and convergence of the canceled and decentralized administrative approval projects at the management level, and effectively strengthen the supervision of the matter afterwards. To continue to vigorously promote the reform of the administrative approval system, so that decentralization has become a continuous reform action. It is necessary to improve the supervision and control mechanism, strengthen the supervision of the operation of the administrative approval authority, and continuously improve the scientific and standardized level of government management.
