This is also the reason why the five-day test report and certificate are popular in China. I dare say it's impossible, at least not now. It will take at least two to three weeks to produce the certificate with the announcement number. This is the simplest authentication, such as the LVD instruction.
The laws and regulations of the European Union are quite different from those of China. At present, there are about 30 mandatory CE instructions (sorry, there are too many instructions, I can only know some of them). It is impossible for those 30 categories of products to cover all commodities. Goods that are not within the scope should not be done according to the laws and regulations of the European Union. This is the so-called loophole used by non-announcement organizations. In fact, as long as the factory prints a piece of paper by itself, it will say that the products produced by our factory meet the requirements.
The so-called third-party self-declaration, if it is done by an organization with a notice number, will bear part of the legal responsibility, so the cost will not be cheap. Please pay attention to this point, which is more important.
In this case, it is impossible for China to send all the products exported to the European Union for testing, so the relevant certification bodies in the European Union have recognized the laboratories in China, such as SGS/TUV/CSI/UL, which means that with the test report stamped and signed by our laboratory, they will recognize that the test report is effective.
