(1) Spray ampoule washing unit:
This unit consists of spray machine, water thrower, cooking box, water filter and water pump. The sprayer is mainly composed of conveyor belt, shower plate and water circulation system. This mode of production has high production efficiency and simple equipment, and has been widely used. However, this method has some disadvantages, such as large floor space, high water consumption and poor washing effect.
(2) Air-water jet ampoule washing unit:
This unit is suitable for washing large-size ampoules and curved-neck ampoules, and it is a common washing method in water injection production at present. The gas-water jet washing unit is mainly composed of three parts: water supply system, compressed air and its filtering system, and bottle washing machine. When washing, clean washing water and filtered compressed air are used to alternately spray the inside and outside of the ampoule through the nozzle to clean the ampoule. The key equipment of the whole unit is the bottle washing machine, and the key technology is the filtration of washing water and air to ensure that the bottle washing meets the requirements.
(3) Ultrasonic ampoule washing unit:
Cleaning ampoules with ultrasonic technology is a new technology developed by foreign pharmaceutical industry in recent twenty years. Ultrasonic waves propagating in liquid can clean the dirt on the surface of objects. It has the characteristics of high cleaning cleanliness and fast cleaning speed. Especially for blind holes and various geometric objects, the cleaning effect is unique. At present, there are imported and imitated ultrasonic bottle washing machines in China. However, it has been reported that ultrasonic wave in water bath is easy to pollute the edge ampoule or damage the inner surface of glass, which should be paid attention to.
