According to the State Council Decree No. 408 Hazardous Waste Management Requirements for the license
Sub-hazardous waste license, that is, "hazardous waste license issuance (new application)" matters, the materials required are as follows:
1, "Hazardous Waste License Management Measures," the license required by Article V Conditions to prove the material (see attachment for details), required to provide two copies, paper or electronic materials.
2, Hazardous Waste Management License application documents, required to provide 2 copies of the original, electronic materials.
3, business license, or the use of electronic license.
4, the project involved in environmental protection certification materials (including environmental assessment reports and other information), required to provide 2 copies,
Paper or electronic materials.
Attachment:
Article 5 The application for a comprehensive business license for the collection, storage and disposal of hazardous wastes shall have the following conditions:
(a) there are more than three environmental engineering or related professional title of intermediate or above, and more than three years of experience in the management of solid waste pollution of the technical staff;
(b) there are in line with the State Council's competent department of transportation Transportation of dangerous goods transportation safety requirements of the means of transportation;
(iii) have in line with national or local environmental protection standards and safety requirements of the packaging tools, transit and temporary storage facilities, equipment, as well as acceptance of the storage facilities, equipment;
(iv) have in line with the national or provincial, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government of the construction of hazardous waste disposal facilities planning, in line with national or local Environmental protection standards and safety requirements of the disposal facilities, equipment and ancillary pollution prevention and control facilities; of which, the centralized disposal facilities for medical waste, should also comply with national health standards and requirements relating to the disposal of medical waste;
(e) with the operation of hazardous waste categories of disposal technologies and processes;
(f) with regulations to ensure the safety of hazardous waste management, Pollution prevention and control measures and emergency rescue measures;
(vii) disposal of hazardous wastes by landfill, shall obtain the land use right of the landfill site in accordance with the law.
