(1) communication system
Communicate with the emergency center and the mobile terminal, be responsible for monitoring the operation of the monitoring service of the terminal, and process a large number of service requests and positioning data sent by the mobile terminal.
(2) Platform database
Store all basic data and extended data in the management system.
(3) Emergency Center
The core of the whole system is responsible for sending, receiving, storing and processing system data, and provides a friendly man-machine interface to meet the needs of monitoring, scheduling, management and statistics. The system includes communication interface, information release module, GIS geographic information module, central database service (vehicle and vehicle-mounted equipment management information system, monitoring terminal management system), electronic map data and other modules, which not only meets the functional requirements of data and voice, wireless and wired dispatching management, but also meets the functional requirements of manual and automatic alarm monitoring.
(4) emergency center sub-control system
It is connected with other central systems through APT interface, and the data flow of the system is integrated into the data core of the software center for unified management.
(5) Platform support service system
Integrated service management platform, handling each sub-function in the form of modules. (1) 120 rescue command center:
120 the control center of the emergency command system is equipped with a distributed seating system and a large LCD screen, which comprehensively plans and manages the business processing of the system, the dispatch of ambulances, the deployment of emergency medical staff inside and outside the hospital, the patient's condition and treatment arrangements.
(2) 120 distress system:
Responsible for receiving telephone and network calls for help, handling calls for help, and communication connection of long-distance calling walkie-talkies.
(3) Positioning monitoring acquisition system:
Provide positioning and navigation of emergency vehicles and transmission of remote video monitoring information.
(4) Emergency rescue terminal
Provide a variety of medical emergency terminal system interfaces to facilitate the data transmission of on-site medical equipment. 120 emergency command and dispatch system platform adopts multi-layer architecture, which realizes the separation of interface performance and business logic and the independent construction of acquisition system. It connects all application service programs through data service bus, provides a safe and reliable data transmission channel, and ensures the implementation of data upload and display.
The software architecture of the system is divided into three layers: data acquisition layer, data service layer and application presentation layer, and a policy layer is added to the three-layer infrastructure to flexibly customize and manage functions and permissions according to the needs of different users.
The data acquisition layer is the system interface platform: its main function is to connect the systems that need to be connected. According to the related system interface model, the interaction with the corresponding system can be realized. The system can support various interface modes such as text file, database intermediate table, Socket, ASCII and CORBXML.
The data service layer is the system data platform: its main function is to provide services such as processing, storage and application of system data, realize the rationality and standardization of data format, reduce the error rate of data in the process of system reference, and improve the ability of data sharing and interaction. At the same time, in the process of data storage, information such as time period dimension and geographical location dimension can be added to form a data warehouse of multidimensional data model.
The presentation layer is the system presentation layer: on the basis of the basic functions of the original 120 emergency command and dispatch system, the optimized functions include the optimized display of emergency vehicle routes on GIS maps, the GIS presentation of the emergency scene, the vehicle driving task management, the statistical analysis of abnormal vehicle driving, the rapid vehicle retrieval and fault scheduling and repair, and the API interface function docking of the operation management system.
