What is anti-oxidation plate
Anti-oxidation plate, also known as alumina plate, is a hardened aluminum plate whose surface is oxidized so as to form a hard, dense protective layer of aluminum oxide. The hardness of this oxidized layer can reach the degree of abrasion and scratch resistance, with good resistance to acid, alkali, corrosion and other properties, but also has good insulating properties and excellent thermal conductivity, high fire rating. Antioxidant sheet is widely used in manufacturing processes such as electronics, precision instruments, medical equipment, aerospace, automotive, construction and other fields. It is usually used in the manufacture of optical instruments with high bonding and high precision, molds, precision machine parts, electronic components in high temperature resistant environments, and spacers with strong conductivity and thermal insulation properties. The manufacturing process of anti-oxidation plate is relatively complex and requires strict compliance with relevant operating procedures and technical requirements. Commonly used manufacturing processes include anodizing and chemical oxidation. Anodic oxidation is an anodic electrolytic oxidation treatment on the surface of aluminum; while chemical oxidation is a method of using acid, alkali and other chemicals to treat aluminum. In the manufacturing process, the thickness, quality, color and other indicators of the protective layer of aluminum oxide have strict requirements to ensure that the production of antioxidant panels with excellent performance and quality.
