First, medical institutions should strengthen the training of staff and disinfection and sterilization personnel;
Two, medical institutions to use medical devices, instruments and articles, shall meet the following requirements:
1. Medical instruments, appliances and articles that enter sterile tissues, organs and cavities of human body or come into contact with damaged skin, mucosa and tissues of human body shall be disinfected;
2, contact with complete skin, complete mucosa of medical equipment, utensils and items should be disinfected.
Three, the disinfection products used by medical institutions should comply with the relevant provisions of the state, and the relevant certificates of disinfection products should be reviewed and filed;
Four, medical institutions should keep the surface of the diagnosis and treatment environment clean and dry, in case of pollution should be timely and effective disinfection, high-risk infection departments should be disinfected regularly;
Five, medical institutions should be combined with the actual disinfection and sterilization work, to provide corresponding protective equipment for the staff engaged in cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments, instruments and articles, to ensure the occupational safety of medical personnel;
Six, medical institutions should regularly check and monitor the disinfection work, timely summary analysis and feedback, such as found that the problem should be corrected in time;
Seven, medical personnel should master the basic knowledge of disinfection and sterilization and occupational protection skills;
Eight, medical institutions engaged in cleaning, disinfection, sterilization effect monitoring personnel should undergo professional training, master the relevant knowledge of disinfection and sterilization, familiar with the performance of disinfection products, have skilled inspection skills, sampling, testing and evaluation in accordance with the methods specified in standards and specifications, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization effect monitoring should comply with relevant regulations.
Measures for the Administration of Disinfection Article 3 The National Health and Family Planning Commission shall be in charge of the supervision and administration of disinfection throughout the country.
The competent department of railway and traffic health shall be responsible for the supervision and management of disinfection in this system in accordance with these measures.
Article 4 Medical and health institutions shall establish disinfection management organizations, formulate disinfection management systems, implement relevant national norms, standards and regulations, and regularly carry out disinfection and sterilization effect testing.
Article 5 The staff of medical and health institutions shall receive training in disinfection techniques, master disinfection knowledge, and strictly implement the disinfection and isolation system in accordance with regulations.
