How to start a third party repair center for medical equipment?

The company I work for now basically has engineers in all the cities covered by its products, who are responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs, which basically meets the needs of customers, and does not charge them unless there is a major failure or damage to important zero firmware.

So what are the advantages of third-party maintenance compared to free maintenance by the equipment provider? Let me list a few:

Broader coverage. Repair services are provided in some second-tier and third-tier cities that are difficult to be covered by the equipment provider, but it needs to be researched whether the medical equipment holdings in these cities can support a repair point. At the same time, some domestic companies don't have as many engineers on staff, and there is room for third parties to act in areas they can't cover.

Some older models of equipment are no longer sold or warranted, but some hospitals still use them, which is a point where third-party repairs can intervene.

And equipment providers to cooperate, outsourcing part of their maintenance work. Domestic companies will be more flexible in this regard.

Simply put, I'm not sure if there are any domestic companies that are doing a good job in this area.
