Because if we have a muscle sprain during exercise, we must deal with it in time, otherwise the condition may get worse. So it should return to normal soon, which can be handled from the following three aspects:
1. Within 48 hours after muscle sprain, simply treat the wound with clean water, and then directly ice the wound. It is best to wrap the ice with a clean white cloth and tie it to the wound 1 hour or more. The purpose of ice compress is to relieve pain, reduce wound bleeding and reduce the degree of edema.
2. Wipe the wound with warm water 48 hours after the muscle sprain, then take a thick towel, soak it in hot water, and then apply it to the wound, constantly heating the towel with water at least 1 hour. The purpose of hot compress is to absorb the blood oozing from the wound and reduce the local swelling at the wound.
3. At the same time of hot compress or ice compress, you can take some drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which can reduce the bruise of the wound and quickly reduce swelling. You can also take some painkillers if you feel very painful from a muscle strain. If the wound has been infected and there is redness and pus, then you should also take anti-inflammatory drugs to avoid more muscle infections.
Muscle sprain is particularly painful. After simple treatment, you should go to the hospital for professional treatment to avoid leaving the root cause.
