1, Ladder programming: the advantages of image, intuitive and practical, for the majority of electrical technicians are familiar with, is the main programming language of PLC.
2, instruction statement table language: similar to the microcomputer mnemonic language, it is the most basic programming language programmable controller. The so-called instruction statement table programming, is to use one or several easy to remember characters to represent the programmable controller of a certain operation function.
The mnemonic characters used by each manufacturer are different, so the same ladder diagram is written in a different form of statements. Statements are the base unit of a user program, and each control function is executed by one or more statements of the user program. Each statement is an instruction that specifies how the CPU is to act, and its role is the same as that of a microcomputer's instructions. Moreover, PLC's statements are also composed of opcodes and operands, so their expressions are also similar to those of microcomputer instructions.
3, sequential function flow chart: a newer programming method. Its role is to use function diagrams to express a sequential control process. Use SFC as a step control language with which a control process can be controlled and the state of the process displayed. Instead of a long ladder program, the logic applied by the user is divided into steps and transition conditions. These steps and transition conditions are displayed so that the user can see what state the machine process is in at a given time.
