Equipment Maintenance Technician:
Position Summary:
Performs equipment reliability program maintenance tasks for all equipment in the theme parks to achieve increased safety, reliability and operability. Performs predictive inspections of equipment and predictive maintenance of ride mechanical systems through techniques such as thermal imaging, ultrasound, pressure, vibration, and oil analysis.
Qualifications:
More than 5 years of maintenance experience, including more than 3 years of predictive maintenance or reliability experience
Educational Background:College degree or higher in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering. Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Understands and adheres to company policies, adheres to work processes and training programs, and actively participates in environmental , health and safety building to ensure the safety of all team members and guests. Take a proactive approach to safety such as performing ongoing job safety analysis, utilizing PPE, and discussing safety issues with the team on a regular basis. Set safety improvement goals for the team, provide guidance to ensure goals are met, and communicate all goals to the team.
Develop oil sampling process and sampling plan with supervisors and optimize on an ongoing basis, including oil sampling collection, tool management, oil samples to third party vendors, and oil sample report progress tracking.
Implementing a predictive maintenance program to identify potential failure hazards requires the use of different techniques, including thermal imaging, ultrasonic inspection, pressure inspection, vibration analysis, etc.
According to the equipment diagnostic phenomena, data is entered and continuously updated to the equipment reliability panel.
Collaborate closely with equipment maintenance and support departments to optimize equipment maintenance schedules for optimal equipment life cycle and reduced downtime.
