1. The water production of this machine is more than 1500L/H when the water temperature is 25°C. When the water temperature rises or If the temperature decreases by 1°C, the water production will increase or decrease by about 3%, which is determined by the characteristics of the RO membrane.

2. The water entering the RO membrane should strictly control the residual chlorine content below 0.1PPm. The method is: connect the water to the sampling port of the adsorption filter and detect it with a residual chlorine measuring agent. If it exceeds the standard, the activated carbon filter material should be replaced. .

3. If the water inflow is insufficient or the pressure is too low, the water shortage and under-pressure system of this machine will cause the equipment to automatically shut down.

4. When this machine is used for the first time, the membrane contains preservatives. The conductivity of the effluent will be high. After 1-2 hours of flushing and normal water production for a period of time, the conductivity of the effluent will be significantly reduced.

Note:

1. If you choose a motor with AC380V voltage, be sure that the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction of rotation marked on the pump, otherwise the pump will be damaged.

2. When the inlet water source is short of water or the pressure is too low, the machine will automatically shut down and start automatically when the water source pressure is restored.

3. Automatic flushing: The equipment starts up and performs flushing for 90 seconds. After flushing, it automatically switches to water production. During operation, it flushes for 10 seconds each time it is powered on or when the water is full. It will run continuously for 3 hours or wait for 3 hours when the water is full. It will automatically intervene. Rinse for 10 seconds. When flushing the membrane, the system pressure drops. Please do not adjust the regulating valve.

4. During normal water production, the pressure of the membrane system should be between 1.0-1.3Mpa (adjusted through the regulating valve).

Three: Maintenance during use of double-stage reverse osmosis ultrapure water equipment:

A. Replace the activated carbon in the adsorption filter

1. Residual chlorine will cause The RO membrane decomposes and shortens the life of the RO membrane. The residual chlorine content should be tested once a week.

2. When the residual chlorine content exceeds 0.1PPm, the activated carbon filter material should be replaced.

B. Replace the fine filter element in the security filter

1. The filter is equipped with five 5um×20-inch fine filter elements to effectively block activated carbon particles and ensure the safety of the RO membrane and pump. It should be replaced when clogged.

2. When replacing, open the top cover of the security filter, remove the old filter element, replace the new filter element and tighten the cylinder.

3. RO membrane drug cleaning method:

A. When is drug cleaning required?

After the machine is used for a period of time, due to the hardness of ions and bacteria in the water, The contamination of the RO membrane surface by substances such as organic colloids and the unique concentration polarization phenomenon of the RO membrane itself will cause scale pollution on the RO membrane surface, causing the water volume to decrease or the desalination rate to be lower than the rated value. When daily physical flushing methods alone cannot restore the normal working performance of the RO membrane, chemical cleaning of the RO membrane is required.

B. Drug cleaning method:

1. Prepare a 60L plastic clean container, and use 2 hoses to connect the water inlet of the booster pump and the drain port of the main unit respectively. The other end is placed inside the container (picture below).

2. Put 50L pure water into the container, pour 1 pack of RO membrane cleaning agent, and stir thoroughly.

3. Turn the RO flushing switch to the manual position.

4. Turn the raw water switch to the manual position, and the host will automatically start cleaning the first-level membrane with drugs, and turn off the power after 1 hour.

5. After shutdown, restore the pipeline to normal working condition.

6. Flush the RO membrane system for 30 minutes respectively.

Fourth, the usage method of EDI ultrapure water equipment is as follows:

1. Frequent flushing: The process of using the faucet in daily life is to flush the pure water equipment. It is best to wash it before taking it. After using purified water, open the tap and rinse it to wash away the trapped pollutants in time, keeping the EDI pure water treatment equipment with a high water flow, thereby extending the service life.

2. Backwash to restore water production: If the water production is still relatively small after flushing, you can consider backwashing the EDI pure water treatment equipment.

Notes on the use of EDI ultrapure water equipment:

1. If the EDI pure water equipment is out of service after use, the ultrafiltration membrane filter element must be kept moist. If the ultrafiltration membrane filter element dries out, the ultrafiltration membrane will be damaged and irrecoverable, causing unnecessary losses.

2. If the EDI pure water treatment equipment is not used for more than three days, when it is used again, the small and medium-sized industrial EDI pure water treatment equipment should be rinsed repeatedly for 2-5 minutes until it is in the small and medium-sized industrial EDI pure water treatment equipment. until all the water is drained.

3. When the tap water is cut off, please open the sewage faucet to drain away the sediment, rust, etc. in the tap water pipe, and then open the purification faucet to use purified water.

4. The total water production of EDI pure water treatment equipment is related to the incoming water quality. If the incoming water quality is good, the total water production will increase. On the contrary, if the incoming water quality is poor, the total water production will decrease. , the service life of the corresponding filter element will be slightly shorter, so according to different water quality equipment, pretreatment equipment should be appropriately added in front of the host to increase the service life of the membrane and EDI module, thus saving costs.

5. Frequent flushing of EDI pure water treatment equipment can effectively extend the service life of small and medium-sized industrial EDI pure water treatment equipment.

6. When EDI pure water treatment equipment fails, please immediately close the tap water inlet valve and cut off the water inlet of small and medium-sized industrial EDI pure water equipment. Please do not disassemble the equipment without authorization.
