The department where I studied is the delivery room. I was assigned to an internship in a tertiary hospital by the school at the beginning of 20__. The first department is the obstetrics and gynecology department. The work pace in the delivery room is fast, many patients are rescued, and the spirit is highly concentrated. The midwifery process is both high-intensity physical labor and high Mental work of energy. The labor process requires patience and observation of uterine contractions, cervix dilation, presentation decline, and changes in fetal heart rate. Patiently persuade and explain to mothers who are not cooperative enough.

Work in the delivery room requires great love. The process of childbirth is the most unforgettable moment in a woman's life. Providing caring care at this time is the confidence and motivation for a smooth delivery. Even if it’s a mouthful of water, a mouthful of rice, or a pair of supporting hands. It is extremely important to observe the work closely and carefully detect abnormal situations. High sense of responsibility, each class does its own work. We must know that no matter how good the service attitude is, it is absolutely impossible without excellent technology; we can only improve and enrich ourselves through continuous practice.

Every day's work is fulfilling and busy. After a shift, I feel that I have no time to sit down and take a rest. There are no doctors or nurses drinking tea or chatting; I can only write medical records, record sheets, and computer input. Only then did I have time to sit. There are more than 600 newborns born in October and more than 500 newborns born in November, so the workload is heavy; there are only three nurses and one obstetrician in each class, working together, and everyone takes ownership of the work. spirit, strengthen yourself, be dedicated to your responsibilities, work conscientiously, standardize your words and deeds everywhere, strive to do everything right, and then do things as well and as carefully as you can.

Each class checks and fills in each other’s gaps, provides proactive services, and cultivates its own foresight, thinking, and forward-thinking awareness. In addition to taking the initiative to work in the delivery room, if you do many things firsthand, you will have a feel, inspiration, and experience; experience must be constantly summarized, reflected, and clarified, which is very practical for practice.

As the saying goes: A single leaf in a sail cannot sail across the vast ocean; with a united will, we are sure to ride the wind and break the waves. Today is an era of win-win cooperation. Whoever has a high-performance team will have competitiveness and combat effectiveness in the era of knowledge economy. If a department wants to bring together people with different experiences, experiences, education, specialties and personalities, it needs a kind of "thought" to guide and integrate. This kind of "thought", that is, the team concept, can maximize the combined strength of the team. Culture can create a team home that is positive, united, works together, works hard, and strives for the goal.

1. Flexible application of a variety of teaching methods

In theoretical teaching, traditional teaching methods and multimedia technology can be combined to become abstract. Thinking is image thinking, changing complexity into simplicity. This can not only activate the classroom atmosphere, but also enhance students' understanding and memory. For example, when talking about "the delivery mechanism of pillow presentation", students can first watch the delivery mechanism teaching courseware with animation effects to understand the entire continuous process of delivery. Then, the students will be explained through model demonstration, and after the lecture, students will be allowed to practice on the model. This not only relieves the boring classroom atmosphere, but also increases students' hands-on opportunities to practice on their own, laying a solid foundation for students to learn about pregnancy diseases and postpartum diseases. Different teaching methods have different effects, and reasonable application can learn from each other's strengths. Therefore, if we can scientifically combine traditional teaching aids such as physical specimens and teaching models with multimedia teaching methods as needed, this will help students understand knowledge.

2. Combine clinical practice and use typical cases

In the teaching process of clinical courses, organically integrate cases with teaching content to improve the effectiveness of teaching courses. For example, when explaining the course "Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome", we first describe the case: the patient is 30 years old, a primipara, 31 weeks pregnant, and the prenatal examination was normal. Physical examination: She developed dizziness, vertigo and other subjective symptoms at 34 weeks of pregnancy. Examination: blood pressure 170/130mmHg, edema ( ). Laboratory tests: urine protein ( ), fundus A:V=1:2, retinal edema, severe headache and vomiting this morning, followed by convulsions and now in coma, emergency hospital admission. Explain the pathogenesis, clinical features and complications of this disease based on cases. "Ectopic pregnancy" is an acute abdomen disease in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Once the fallopian tube ruptures, it will seriously endanger the patient's life. The traditional treatment method is surgery, but in recent years, conservative treatment has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, during the teaching process, cases of conservative treatment and surgical treatment can be cited for comparison, thereby enhancing students' understanding and memory. In addition to teaching a disease interspersed with corresponding cases, we can also assign several cases after finishing a chapter and set up a dedicated case analysis class to allow students to have a deeper understanding of key diseases. For example: after finishing the lecture on pathological obstetrics, in order to distinguish between "placenta previa" and "placental abruption", which are easily confused by students, you can list two typical cases for students to compare, analyze and discuss. This teaching method can improve students' interest in learning and cultivate students' comprehensive analysis abilities.

3. Use new knowledge and new progress to stimulate students’ creative thinking

Obstetrics and gynecology nursing is one of the important clinical disciplines. With the continuous advancement of human medicine, gynecology and obstetrics nursing is one of the important clinical disciplines. Obstetric nursing has developed by leaps and bounds in many fields and branches. As front-line clinical teachers, while focusing on strengthening students' basic knowledge, we also let them know more about the importance of this subject and the new knowledge and developments they need to understand. This will help stimulate the development of students' creative thinking. For example, when explaining "infertility", we can first introduce the new developments in test-tube babies and cloning technology to students, and then the teacher extends it to the benefits that uterine transplantation will bring to patients who are born without a uterus in the future. For example, in September this year, the world's first uterus transplant patient successfully gave birth to a baby after pregnancy. The woman was diagnosed with MRKH syndrome (congenital absence of uterus and vagina), but her ovarian function was intact. When the baby was 32 weeks old, the woman had to terminate her pregnancy due to pre-eclampsia and fetal heart rate problems and gave birth to a baby boy via caesarean section.

The woman's uterus was derived from her mother's. Therefore, this will also be the first case in the world where a fetus and its mother are born from the same womb. This stimulates students' desire to learn and achieves twice the result with half the effort.

4. Conclusion

In short, every aspect of teaching is a whole. The quality of a course is directly related to the teaching effect and goals. On the one hand, we must pay attention to the process of knowledge transfer. The content must be scientific and interesting, so as to fully mobilize students' awareness of self-study and participation, and stimulate students' desire for knowledge. On the other hand, teachers should constantly improve their professional level, delve into teaching materials, and make teaching mutually beneficial, thereby improving teachers' teaching effectiveness. Today's young teachers lack long-term teaching practical experience, so they need to constantly explore and innovate in the teaching process, so that they can realize the true meaning of teaching. Selected 6 personal work summaries of obstetrics and gynecology nurses

After our hospital designated the pilot ward for excellent nursing services as our department, all the nursing staff in our department actively performed various tasks under the guidance of the General Nursing Department. This preparatory work has strengthened the training of general nursing staff on the relevant knowledge of excellent nursing services. With the joint efforts of all nursing staff, through continuous summary of deficiencies, continuous exploration, and continuous learning, the excellent nursing pilot work of our hospital has been achieved. Having achieved phased results, the specific work is now summarized as follows:

1. Implementation of the pilot work on excellent nursing services

1. Consolidating basic nursing care

For everyone Provide cleaning care for newly admitted patients, and effectively implement basic nursing services according to the patient's specific situation. Most obstetrics and gynecology patients are able to take care of themselves. If their condition allows, we encourage patients to do some of their own daily care, increase the number of patients, and reduce the patient's dependence on the patient role.

Strengthen morning and evening care: use wet sweeping to clean and tidy the bed unit every morning, change sheets and quilt covers when necessary, and inquire about night sleep and other conditions; tidy the patient's bed unit at night, open windows for ventilation, and create a better environment for patients A good sleeping environment; provide morning and evening care for patients who cannot take care of themselves. Strengthened safety care: strengthened the use of safety warning signs for patient identification (wristbands, bedside cards), and provided protective measures such as guardrails for critically ill patients to ensure patient safety.

2. Implement health education

When entering the hospital, the nurse proactively and enthusiastically introduces herself and informs the hospital: introduce the bed doctor and nurse, and the head nurse of the ward to the patient or family members, Detailed introduction to the ward environment, work and rest time and relevant management regulations, etc. After admission, the responsible nurse will conduct health education in stages according to the patient's condition, teaching relevant knowledge about the disease, dietary guidance, defecation care, rest guidance, etc.; In order to do a good job in health education, each responsible nurse will give specific lectures to patients or family members in plain and easy-to-understand language. They will change the accompanying person to teach the patient, and repeatedly teach the patient the easy-to-forget and difficult-to-understand knowledge until every patient , Every family member has knowledge of health education.

For patients with a high level of cultural knowledge, we will give them written things, and then we will teach them and then strengthen their own learning. The safety of patients' oral medication has been strengthened. We have established an oral medication order for each inpatient. The oral medication order will be checked by the responsible nurse every day before issuing it, teaching relevant knowledge about medication, and urging patients to take medication in time. This changes the original unsafe hidden danger of oral medicines being prepared by the patients themselves and then taken orally.

3. Standardize nursing services

Since the department launched excellent nursing, we have formulated excellent nursing service concepts, nursing service commitments and excellent nursing purposes; we have formulated various work processes, and work Quality standards require nurses to adhere to the service tenet of being patient-centered and quality-centered, establish a service concept of respect, understanding, and care, and carry forward the spirit of dedication, love for the hospital, innovation, dedication, and benevolence.

Work proactively and enthusiastically, provide warm care, and serve with a smile. When receiving patients, you must take the five initiative: stand up, pick up things, greet, introduce yourself, and introduce yourself into the hospital. Patiently explain and do four things: don’t call the bed number directly, don’t say “I don’t know” when asked, don’t say “no” when it comes to difficult things, and don’t say it’s okay when the patient complains. Use civilized and courteous language, answer all questions and be available when called.

Warm humanized services and good behavior make patients feel friendly and warm, and establish a good external image of nursing staff. Responsible nurses actively patrol the wards every day to reduce the number of calls from patients, discover problems in a timely manner, summarize in a timely manner, and make timely improvements.

For critically ill patients and patients who have lost confidence in medical treatment, we make exquisite little cards with words of concern and encouragement written on them to help patients build confidence in overcoming the disease. Change the names we use to treat patients to bring them closer to us. Give patients psychological comfort through beautiful words and kind attitude.

4. Improve the ward environment

Based on the service concept of all patients, various measures are taken in the existing ward environment to strive to create a quiet and clean environment for patients. , comfortable and safe environment, making patients feel comfortable and further improving patient satisfaction. In response to the problems that patients reported that the ward environment needs to be improved, strengthening ward health management is a key task in improving the ward environment. During morning care every morning, the nurse neatly collects the debris on each patient's bedside table, wipes each bedside table, and changes the patient's bedsheets and quilts in a timely manner.

During the four ward rounds a day, any health problems found were promptly fed back to the nursing staff for cleaning. Strengthen the cleaning of blind spots in the ward. Through our efforts, the current ward has been greatly improved compared to before. The bedside tables are neat and tidy without clutter, and the bed units are clean, tidy and comfortable. There is no garbage on the ground and no water stains.

5. Establish a suggestion box and conduct regular satisfaction surveys

In conjunction with the development of excellent nursing care, we have set up a suggestion box to collect patients’ opinions. The nursing department regularly opens the box and collects patients’ opinions. Give us timely feedback so we can improve our work. In our daily work, we regularly conduct satisfaction surveys and solicit opinions from patients in order to make a true and objective evaluation of our work. It is precisely because of the suggestion box and satisfactory surveys that our work has developed faster and more steadily. We have received sixteen letters of thanks.

6. Continuous summary

In order to carry out the work better and discover deficiencies in the work in a timely manner, the head nurse will lead the responsible nurses every day in the early morning, before leaving work at noon, and when going to work in the afternoon. , check the ward four times before getting off work in the afternoon, mainly to check whether the patient's basic care and specialist care are in place, whether health education has been grasped, and to effectively implement the three-level ward round system of excellent nursing. Any problems discovered during the ward round will be reported to the parties immediately correct. Conduct quality supervision, analysis and feedback on excellent nursing services once a week, and continuously summarize and strive for excellence.

2. Existing deficiencies

1. Individual nurses have not changed their service concepts and are relatively lax in their work. In some classes, such as after 12 noon and 2 pm, there are not enough nurses to patrol.

2. The theoretical level of junior nurses is lacking and the technical operation is not standardized enough

3. The hygiene of the ward is still not clean enough, especially in the afternoon, and the bathroom is not dry enough , smelly, and no anti-slip mat.

4. Some basic nursing projects have not been effectively implemented and need to be further strengthened.

3. The next work plan

In the next step, we will increase publicity efforts, further create an atmosphere, work harder on detailed services, environmental sanitation and health education, and continue to proactively strengthen Inspection, reducing the number of patient calls, consolidating basic nursing care, strengthening effective communication with patients, adding warm reminders in the ward, and strengthening the training of nursing staff in theoretical knowledge and technical operations. Effectively provide timely, correct and personalized excellent nursing services to inpatients, explore, improve and improve while constantly summing up experience, strive to quickly improve the quality of excellent nursing services, and strive to satisfy patients, the government and society. Selected 7 personal work summaries of obstetrics and gynecology nurses

In one year of work, Ke always has love and dedication, implements the service concept of "patient-centered, core", improves his own quality and The quality of emergency response capabilities.

1. Be down-to-earth and start from the basic nursing work

First of all, the staff in the department tend to be younger, have insufficient work experience, and lack specialist knowledge. In order to improve the quality of nursing services, start from the basic nursing work Starting from the beginning, we strictly implemented the ward round procedures and shift handover system, used morning care and shift handover as a communication platform, carried out in-depth and detailed specialist health knowledge education, and humanized communication to effectively improve patient satisfaction and achieve good results. At the same time, the implementation of the core system will be regarded as the focus of this year's assessment, and one assessment will be carried out every week to gradually standardize the work process.

In addition, to improve service quality, start by improving work details:

1. Improve the checking method, change the traditional method of calling the patient’s bed number and name to asking the patient’s name, so that The patient answers proactively to avoid the possibility of verification errors;

2. Improve the skin preparation method, use disposable skin preparation knives, cancel civilian skin preparation knives, and replace talcum powder lubricated skin preparation with soap solution Lubricate skin preparation, improve work efficiency and skin preparation effect;

3. Promote the use of family accompanying chairs, which only represents a fee for use, providing great convenience to patients;

4. Establish The nurse communication book contains daily work quality control content, communication meeting content, handover matters, etc. written in the communication book. Each class can refer to it to reduce the shortcomings of long communication cycles that require meetings and the inability to improve in time, so as to achieve continuous and timely improvement of quality. Purpose.

5. Cooperate with Urban Baby Photo Studio to provide free first-birth photos for newborn babies, leaving the joy of new life to us and the patient’s family, achieving special and good results.

2. Pay attention to the implementation of the system, clarify the division of work, and prevent work loopholes

Refine the work and divide the work. The responsible nurse and the quality inspector will be responsible for writing the documents. The medical record is completed under the responsibility of the nurse in charge of the bed, and the responsible nurse oversees the management. The three-level quality control model of quality control by the quality inspector effectively controls writing errors and irregular writing and improves writing quality. Responsibilities for work break discussions, emergency medicines, intern lectures, and business learning are assigned to each person respectively, forming a situation where everyone has something to manage and someone is responsible for everything. Everyone participates in the management of the department, which effectively improves everyone's enthusiasm.

3. Strictly manage the delivery room and complete the layout transformation

Strengthen the management of the delivery room, print the rescue procedures for common obstetric emergencies, and post them on the inner wall of the delivery room, strengthen the operational procedures, and implement wristband identification system, strictly implement the wearing of newborn wristbands, establish a delivery room handover process and supervise its implementation, effectively strengthen the safety management of mothers and newborns, while improving vaccine reporting and verification procedures, and strengthening vaccine management. In addition, according to the management annual acceptance standards, the delivery room was improved again, disinfection supplies were provided, and the locations of the delivery room, isolation delivery room, and isolation delivery room were adjusted to meet the standard requirements.

4. Practice skills hard and strictly control quality

Under the active and strict guidance of the head nurse, I have made great progress and improvement in many aspects. I usually participate in the business department Study once a month, every Tuesday morning meeting, adhere to the key rounds of patient care, nursing staff-based training, and adhere to the second technical operation examination organized by the Ministry of Care, and achieved good results.

Of course, I found that there are still some shortcomings that should be improved. For example, when studying, sometimes we have impetuous emotions, feeling that there are too many things to learn, and are impatient, especially when facing setbacks, we cannot deal with them calmly. At work, sometimes there is a phenomenon of low standards.

Although I can basically fulfill my duties and obligations, I have also been further improved in terms of actions, which needs to be improved and strengthened in my future.

In the past year, the House once again thanks the head nurses for their leadership and identifies the teachers who educate, guide, criticize and help their colleagues in teaching, and thanks them for their care and support. In retrospect, there has been some progress and improvement, and at the same time, there are still some shortcomings. Looking to the future, we should develop our strengths and strengths and overcome our weaknesses.
