In order to adapt to the reform and development of the Group, and to strengthen the construction of the talent team, after research, decided to open recruitment of some college graduates, is now related to the following matters announced.

I. Recruitment principles

Professional counterparts, according to the needs of recruitment, two-way choice, competition and merit.

Second, the recruitment plan

The *** plan to recruit college graduates 620 people, including 24 master's degree and above, 360 people with undergraduate degrees, 236 people with specialized degrees. The specific recruitment plan is shown in Schedule 1.

Third, the scope of recruitment

The following people are excluded from the scope of recruitment:

1. People who have already taken part in directed recruitment or staff recruitment for the Group's head office and external development units, and who have been admitted to the recruitment.

2. Those who have committed fraud and disciplinary offenses in the Group's headquarter and external development unit directed recruitment or employee recruitment since 2007.

Fourth, application conditions

The college graduates who participate in the recruitment must also have the following conditions:

1. Good moral character, abide by the law, love Yanzhou Mining, and have good professional ethics.

2. Children of Yankuang employees must be graduates of ordinary universities in 2009 and 2010; children of non-Yankuang employees must be graduates of ordinary universities in 2010, of which the educational requirement is undergraduate degree, and the graduation school must be the second or higher institutions (excluding graduates of independent colleges, and graduates of college degree programs). V. Recruitment Procedures

Open recruitment takes the steps of online registration, qualification review, on-site confirmation, unified examination, and employment procedures.

(A) online registration

Online registration time for August 19th - August 25th. Candidates who are eligible to apply for the job log on Yankuang Group Talent Network (application portal: http://60.211.250.21/wszp), register and fill in the application information according to the requirements, and generate and print the Application Form for the Recruitment of College Graduates (each person is limited to apply for 1 position).

(B) qualification examination

The preliminary qualification examination and on-site confirmation must be attended in person and provide the following information:

(1) Application Form for the Recruitment of College Graduates;

(2) Certification Form for Graduates who are Children of Employees of Yankuang Group Company Limited (see Table 2); those who have already taken part in the recruitment of college graduates in 2009 and have passed the examination are no longer required to issue this form.

(3) 1 set of original and photocopies of graduation certificate, degree certificate, report card, ID card and hukou book. The photocopies are always on A4 paper.

2010 graduates who have not yet received their graduation certificates or certificates of registration due to special circumstances must provide the original and photocopies of the employment recommendation form and transcripts (stamped by the school).

1.
