Color ultrasound how to carry out routine maintenance and maintenance?

I. Power-on inspection

(1) Turn on the power, check whether the startup and operation functions of the equipment are normal, and whether there is any error message.

(2) Record the name, model, hardware and software version of the device, and the configuration of the probe.

(3) Ask the user about the use of the device.

II. Remove the peripheral parts of the device and disconnect all cables connected to the device

(1) Pull the power cord of the ultrasound out of the plug and cut off the power supply to the device.

(2) Carefully remove the probe from the connector and place it in a suitable place for storage. Prevent accidents such as dropping, collision and pulling the cable.

(3) If the ultrasound is equipped with external devices such as printers, video recorders, etc., these devices should be removed from and separated from the main unit.

Three, disassemble the equipment?

(1) In order to achieve effective dust removal, the equipment must be disassembled.?

(2) The location of the cable connector is very important, although most equipment has a device to prevent misplugging, but it is still important to remember the correct connection of the connector. If there are no numbered sockets and plugs, they should be photographed or manually marked.?

(3) Separate equipment housings, parts, etc., with proper tools and in the correct manner. Under proper operating procedures, these tasks do not require a great deal of force. Improper disassembly methods and use of violent disassembly will result in damage to the equipment.?

(4) The disassembled screws and other parts must be stored carefully and not lost.

Four, dust removal?

(1) Use a high-pressure fan to remove dust.?

(2) The key parts for dust removal include: power supply chassis, circuit board chassis, filters, fan unit, keyboard, TGC controller, and trackball

V. CLEANING

(1) Clean the surface of the device and probes with a good quality towel and a mild detergent.

(2) When cleaning the probe, be careful not to pull the cable with force.

(3) The filter cannot be washed with water. If it must be washed, be sure to wait until the filter is sufficiently dry before installing it on the machine.

(4) When using a wet towel, be careful to wring it out to prevent water droplets from entering the inside of the machine.

Six, reassembly and power on

(1) Reassemble the disassembled parts back into the machine.

(2) Carefully check the cable connections to make sure they are correct and secure.

(3) Check that all removed parts and screws have been installed in the machine.

(4) Reassemble the peripherals and cables to their original condition.

(5) Turn on the unit, note the startup process, and then check the system's functionality.
