In addition, Flip offers excellent portability, with a stand with wheels to facilitate any movement of the whiteboard, adding flexibility in a limited space.Flip's interface incorporates a user-friendly design for smoother and friendlier communication with users.
"A wide range of problems often arise in modern meetings, making it easy for participants to become distracted and thus lose important ideas and discoveries." Kim Kim Ki, President of Display Devices, Imaging Display Business Unit, Samsung Electronics, said, "Modern workers need more powerful and flexible technology, and we believe that the Samsung Whiteboard Flip offers employees unlimited possibilities to drive more effective teamwork. We are excited to show this product to consumers for the first time at CES 2018, and we look forward to helping organizations work more efficiently, intelligently and conveniently with it.
Effective Interactive Collaboration
Samsung Whiteboard Flip ensures that the voices and ideas of multiple users in the same meeting are presented simultaneously. Up to four participants can write and draw on the screen at the same time using their fingers or pens. And, each user can customize font size, color, and other styles, and the comfortable Ultra HD resolution makes content visible and easy to read.
To increase interactivity, the Samsung Whiteboard Flip supports a variety of convenient connectivity options such as wireless, USB, HDMI, and NFC. Content edited and drawn on the whiteboard can be easily stored on the PCs, smartphones and tablets it is connected to. Similarly, users can import content stored on their personal devices to Flip's screen, making it easy to add new ideas to the discussion.
Comfortable, customizable creative space
Samsung's whiteboard Flip brings unprecedented office collaboration efficiency by combining the multiple devices required for traditional meetings into a sophisticated, sleek all-in-one device. Users no longer need a special stylus to operate the screen, and can even erase unnecessary notes with just the palm of their hand. Users can have up to 20 pages of writing space and can quickly jump to specific content with the built-in search function. Smooth and fast page swiping saves time at work by eliminating the need to flip through large amounts of material to find content in traditional situations.
Each Samsung Whiteboard Flip can be mounted horizontally or vertically to adjust to different meeting needs. Together with the height-adjustable stand, the Whiteboard Flip can also maximize the writing space according to the user's preference. If a more focused, round-table environment is required, the display can also be removed and attached to a wall bracket.
Convenient and Secure Meeting Summarization
As the meeting reaches its final conclusion, Samsung Whiteboard Flip securely stores all of the discussion content, eliminating the need for writing minutes and summaries. A tight password protection system improves the security of meeting content and ensures that only authenticated users can access meeting information. Once logged in, participants can share and download the content via email or print, and save it to a USB flash drive or other external device.
With the successful debut of the Samsung Whiteboard Flip at CES 2018, Samsung also announced that the product will be available in the U.S. and European markets. Later this month, Samsung will promote Flip to users with specialized needs around the world through channels such as online, retailer and B2B display sales.
