Representative achievements of Tan Jianrong

1. In 2004, Tan Jianrong and other research completed the "technical system of mass customization and its application in the design of domestic important equipment" project won the second prize of the National Scientific and Technological Progress, the project is oriented towards the design of domestically produced important equipment, to solve the current design and production of domestically produced important equipment in the prevailing personalized user needs and product design cycle is long and production efficiency is low, to solve the traditional product configuration design is difficult to achieve product innovation and a series of problems. The project is aimed at the design of domestic important equipment, solving the problems of individualization of user needs, long product design cycle and low production efficiency that are common in the design and production of domestic important equipment, and solving a series of problems that are difficult to realize product innovation by traditional product configuration design. The company was the first in China to put forward the technical system and theoretical methods of mass customization, realized the product configuration design, product variation design, product recursive design and product visualization design under the environment of mass customization, and developed the unitary self-organized integrated design system for order configuration, the formal modeling system of the customer's broad demand classification system, the product recursive design system for mass customization, and the product assembly and design system based on knowledge, and so on. The results have been applied to turbines, elevators, and other products. The results have been applied in the design of important domestic equipment, such as steam turbines, elevators and escalators, oxygen and air separation equipment, numerical control machine tools, and rolling stock. It has obtained 6 computer software copyright registrations and published 81 academic papers, including 45 SCI and EI papers.

2. In 2005, the project "Exploration and Practice of Engineering Graphics Characteristic Platform and Radiation of Teaching Base" completed by Tan Jianrong was awarded the First Prize of the Fifth Higher Education National Teaching Achievements, which built the teaching base of Engineering Graphics into the center of teaching research, testing point of teaching reform, demonstration point of teaching level, and combination of teaching and research. The project builds the engineering drawing teaching base into the center of teaching research, the test point of teaching reform, the demonstration point of teaching level, the combination point of teaching and research and the radiation source of teaching achievements. In 2011, Tan Jianrong and other research completed the "complex equipment and process tooling integrated digital design key technologies and series of products development" project won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the project for the design of complex equipment and process tooling design of non-standard structure design cycle time is long, the design of changes associated with a number of different working conditions, performance is difficult to predict, the overall quality is difficult to predict. In view of the long design cycle of non-standard structure in the design of complex equipment and process fixtures, many design changes, difficult to predict the performance of different working conditions, and difficult to ensure the overall quality of the problems, the project put forward and realized the key technology of integrated digital design of complex equipment and process fixtures, and developed a series of products of complex equipment.

The project proposes and realizes the hybrid adjustment technology combining the unit adjustment and parameter adjustment of complex equipment, the response technology of complex equipment design change, the structural variation design technology of complex equipment technology and tooling, the fatigue failure mechanism of key parts of the machine and the prediction and sorting method of the life of multiple parts of the machine, the technology coordinated analysis technology of process parameters of complex equipment and tooling performance, the tolerance coordinated analysis technology of the precision of complex equipment and technology tooling.
