False bidding crime filing standards:
In our country there is no false bidding crime, if there is a false bidding behavior, generally will be filed with collusive bidding crime, and its standards have damage to the bidder, the bidder, or the state, the collective, and the legitimate interests of citizens, resulting in direct economic loss amounting to more than 500,000 yuan; the amount of illegal income of more than 100,000 yuan; the amount of the winning project of more than two hundred million yuan or more, etc.
To summarize, if the party concerned questions the winning party's performance falsification, it can apply to the competent department of construction administration to inquire the winning party's project performance, enterprise qualification and other information in accordance with the law; it can also apply to the department of industrial and commercial administration to inquire the winning party's enterprise information or ask the bidder about the winning party's relevant information directly.

Article 26
The bidder shall have the ability to undertake the bidding project; if the relevant provisions of the State have stipulations on the qualification conditions of the bidders or the bidding documents have stipulations on the qualification conditions of the bidders, the bidders shall have the stipulated qualification conditions.
Article 27
The bidder shall prepare the bidding documents in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents. The bidding documents shall respond to the substantive requirements and conditions set forth in the bidding documents. If the bidding project belongs to construction, the contents of the bidding documents shall include the resume of the project manager and the main technical personnel to be dispatched, performance and machinery and equipment to be used for the completion of the bidding project.
Article 55
The bidder who violates the provisions of this Law by negotiating with the bidders on the bidding price, bidding program and other substantive contents of the project for which the bidding is required by law shall be given a warning, and the supervisory personnel directly in charge of the unit and other directly responsible personnel shall be given sanctions according to law.
The behavior listed in the preceding paragraph affects the outcome of the winning bid, the winning bid is invalid.
