Decision of the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality on the Announcement of Matters Retained and Canceled for Adjustment of Administrative Approval Recordings
Based on the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta (2008-2020) and the Provincial General Office of the Government of the Province of China, which "forwards opinions of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other departments on the further deepening of the administrative Notice on the Opinions of the Reform of the Approval System" (Guangdong Provincial Office [2009] No. 1), the municipal government has carried out a comprehensive cleanup of the administrative approval and filing matters currently implemented by municipal units. After rigorous review and justification, the municipal government decided to retain 275 administrative approval matters and 89 filing matters, and cancel and change the management of 566 administrative approval matters and 200 filing matters.
