Medical optometry has first-class examination equipment and means, equipped with imported comprehensive optometry, slit lamp, direct inspection glasses, direct inspection lenses, pressure leveling tonometer, computerized optometry, non-contact intraocular pressure meter, corneal topography meter, visual function detector, MTI visual screening instrument, children's VEP detector, synoptic machine, and equipped with the latest ophthalmological instruments such as fully automated edge grinding machine. Relying on the ophthalmology technology of the hospital, we not only have rich clinical experience in the fitting of ordinary refractive errors, but also have a unique position in the province in the fitting of special refractive errors, especially in the fitting of difficult refractive frames, keratoplasty lenses for controlling children's myopia deepening, RGP with high safety and permeability, progressive lenses for young people, anti-fatigue lenses, and progressive multifocal lenses which are preferred by presbyopic eyes, etc. We were the first to propose medical optometry in the province. In the province, we first put forward the advanced concept of medical optometry and medical dispensing, and took the lead in formulating a standardized optometric outpatient process.
