For example, if a person is starving, talk to him about fishing reality? Unrealistic! How to treat it? If a person is hungry, give him fish. Help! If a person is still hungry, then we should teach people to fish in the process of helping.

The same is true of teaching. If a place (school) lacks teachers, it is unrealistic to talk about training teachers at this time. If you have a certain teacher strength and foundation, you can try to train local teachers in the field teaching process to improve the teaching environment.

Of course, everything can't be quick success, after all, public welfare is not a day's work, but one person's work! I feel that when it comes to teaching, many friends will think that the so-called teaching is to go to the local area to teach children by themselves. On the one hand, it is commendable and admirable, on the other hand, it is worrying. There are several disadvantages:

1, lack of professional knowledge: educating people depends not only on passion, but also on professional knowledge. How to teach children systematically.

2. Lack of security: Some friends want to teach, and they will think of going to the most remote places. But have you considered the local situation, geographical environment and security risks? Who will be responsible for medical insurance in case of injury?

3. Insufficient living security: In remote mountainous areas and other places, the conditions are difficult and they are used to urban life. Can they adapt to food, housing, mosquitoes and humanities? For example, in Tibet and Qinghai, there is a custom of not killing animals.

4. Insufficient adaptability: The first two items are objective environment, so this one is your own subjective adaptability.

5. Insufficient economic security: Some teaching activities, especially individuals, have no economic income. How do they make a living? If the family is difficult and the parents' income is also difficult, should we teach without bearing the burden of the family at this time?

6. Insufficient understanding of teaching: teaching should not be defined as going to the field by yourself. In a direct sense, teaching is to support the development of local education, so it should be to improve the local teaching environment. Then we can do:

3) Teachers' living allowance (including teaching teachers and teachers with financial difficulties)

As volunteers who go to other places to teach, they need to have self-care ability and communication ability before they can teach. They can endure the perseverance and ability to engage in education under hard and lonely conditions for a long time, and should not be blindly impulsive and irrational.
