Clark Winery currently has a vineyard area of 54 hectares, of which 70% is used to grow Merlot grapes and 30% is used to grow Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The average age of all these vines is 30 years. When the grapes reach the ideal ripe state, the winery will pick them manually. The picked grapes will be brewed in the traditional way after being screened and broken. The brewed wine will be aged in 60% to 80% new oak barrels 16 to 18 months, and finally bottled in the winery.
