Based on the experience of epidemic treatment in our city and the judgment of epidemic situation, Songbei Hospital, the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, was set as the "Yellow Code Hospital" for severe diseases in the six districts of the main city, and the patients with acute and critical diseases in the risk control population in the six districts of the main city were treated intensively; The fever clinic of the Fifth Hospital of Harbin was set as the "Yellow Code fever clinic" in the sixth district of the main city, and the patients with high-risk contact with Smithsonian fever in the sixth district of the main city were treated intensively; Hulan District, Acheng District, Shuangcheng District and 9 counties each set up a "Yellow Code Hospital" within their respective jurisdictions to centrally treat risk control groups. At the same time, all districts and counties are required to set up "yellow code fever clinic" to meet the medical needs of other risk groups except high risk. To provide fixed-point diagnosis and treatment services for people in isolated observation sites and high school risk areas during the epidemic in our city, as well as those whose health codes are "red code" or "yellow code", so as to ensure the medical needs and medical safety of different people during the epidemic.
