Preferential Policies

Preferential Policies
1. Enterprises engaged in the development and production of high-tech products shall enjoy the relevant policies of Beijing, and overseas Chinese students working in the Pioneer Park shall enjoy the relevant policies of Beijing encouraging overseas Chinese students to come to Beijing for work and services.
2. 40% of the locally retained portion of the value-added tax (VAT) paid by enterprises will be paid to the enterprises by the finance.
