I. Vehicle inspection
The garbage from each waste transfer station is collected, compressed, shaped and packaged and transported to the landfill management area, where the garbage transported by the incoming vehicles is inspected to see if it is domestic garbage and to check if it carries fire and whether it has fire hazards, and the vehicles are allowed to enter the plant only after passing the inspection.
Second, weighing and measuring
The incoming vehicles will drive to the weighing scale, use the weighing card of the vehicle, and read the data of the vehicle on the card reader and measure the amount of garbage.
Three, landfill area filling
After weighing, the vehicle drives to the landfill area for unloading under the command of the conductor, the bulldozer flattens the garbage, and then the tamper tamps down the garbage and covers the surface of the garbage with 20cm of mountainous soil, which is then tamped down by the tamper on the landfill soil layer.
Fourth, the regulating pool to collect leachate
Life after years of natural degradation of garbage, will produce a large amount of leachate, through the underground pipeline into the regulating pool. Garbage leachate is organic waste water produced during the garbage stacking process, if not properly treated, it will have a very serious impact on the water and soil, so the treatment of garbage leachate has also become a key part of garbage treatment.
V. Leachate treatment
Leachate flows into the leachate treatment plant through the pipeline, and the raw water is treated by the two-stage DTRO process. After the waste leachate is treated, the effluent flows into the center pool after being tested and qualified by the qualified testing machine.
