3 secondary school (high school) graduates, engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years, more than four years as an assistant.
4 junior secondary school education below the personnel must be engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years, as an assistant position for more than four years.
5 after obtaining a master's degree, and then engaged in the work of the specialty for three years, the assessment of qualified, can be initially qualified for intermediate titles; 6 doctoral degree recipients, the assessment of qualified, can be initially qualified for intermediate titles
Senior title assessment conditions

Title computer requirements: intermediate professional and technical positions need to obtain three subjects (modules) certificate; assessment of senior professional and technical positions need to obtain four subjects (modules) certificate; 3, foreign language conditions.
Title foreign language level requirements:
①Declare senior professional and technical qualifications in higher education, scientific research, health and engineering series, declare senior international businessman, and declare full senior professional and technical qualifications in other series, and take the A-level examination.
