Chapter 1: Participation Status

Chapter 2: Driver Identification

Chapter 3: Bicycle Equipment Regulations

In the road competition, only standard bicycles are allowed to compete.

Even in time trials, participating vehicles must comply with UCI (.3.004 ~.3.025) regulations.

Chapter 4: Technical Assistance (UCI: 2.3.029~2.3.033)

All competitors can provide help to each other, such as lending or exchanging food and drinks , spare parts, exchange of wheels and bicycles can only be done among the players of the same team.

Chapter 5: Helmet Wearing (UCI: 1.3.031)

Chapter 6: Food Supply (UCI: 2.2.025 2.2.027 and 2.3.025 2.3.027)

Competitors need to provide food and drinks in the following two ways :

Food supply area:

Specific rules for providing food supplies:

Usually, food supplies are provided between 50 kilometers from the starting point and 20 kilometers from the key point. The event organizing committee will adjust the above regulations according to special road sections and weather conditions.

Chapter 7: Penalties

Chapter 8: Withdrawal from the competition (UCI: 2.2.032 and 2.6.025)

Any athlete who withdraws from the competition must hand over their number plate to the "reception vehicle" staff.

At the finish line, players who give up the race will also be noted as "withdrawn from the race" in the timekeeper's record book.

Any player who is ordered to withdraw from the competition due to violation of the rules will have all winnings from the start of the competition to the time of withdrawal from the competition forfeited.

Unless permitted by the event organizing committee or competition organizer. Otherwise, during the Tour de France, riders who withdraw from the race or are sent off will not be allowed to continue and will not be allowed to participate in any other cycling events during the Tour de France.

Chapter 9: Team Responsibilities (UCI: 1.2.078 to 1.2.081, 2.2.072, 2.3.012 and 2.3.014)

Chapter 17: Stage starting point (UCI: . 1.2.088 ~ 1.2.092, 2.3.009 and 2.3.010)

If the route changes, the event organizing committee will notify the team leader and players before departure inspection, and the players must race according to the latest changed route.

The game will be interrupted due to emergencies or accidents. The event organizing committee will discuss with the committee and make a decision, and then notify the timekeeper to handle accordingly:

Chapter 19: Train Road (UCI: 2.3.034 to 2.3.035)

Competitors are prohibited from crossing the train track when it is closed. If prohibited, the staff will be immediately disqualified from the district competition.

The rules are as follows:

. If one or several players are suspended due to being passed by a train, and other players have arrived before the guardrail is opened, this will be regarded as a suspension of the game.

. If the lead time is less than 30 seconds and the railway guardrail is closed at that time, the game will be deemed to be suspended.

. If one or several players who break out lead the main group for more than 30 seconds and are forced to suspend the game because the railway guardrail is closed, the following players will not be able to win if the railway guardrail is closed. If the time catches up with them, then when the competition restarts, the contestants who arrive first will start first, and the contestants who arrive later will start according to the original time gap. The organizing committee referee car will pass the railway before the contestants.
