Your carry-on baggage is checked at check-in and before boarding. Please be sure to check in your overweight, oversized, or oversized carry-on baggage. If your carry-on baggage exceeds the free baggage allowance, you will be required to pay the excess baggage charge and place it in the cargo hold of the airplane.
According to the Administrative Regulations on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Civil Aviation (Decree No. 42 of 2016 of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China), carry-on excess baggage that does not comply with the relevant regulations must be re-processed at the check-in counters and self-service baggage check-in equipment, and may not be able to arrive at the destination with the same flight.

Regulations on baggage allowance:

1. Dangerous Goods. The ICAO Technical Rules for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air and the IATA Dangerous Goods Rules, as well as the dangerous goods stipulated by China Southern Airlines that are not permitted to be carried by passengers and transported as checked baggage, include
