Article 15
Narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, toxic drugs for medical use, radioactive drugs and other special medicines, drug-type easy-to-control poisonous chemicals, as well as medicines for drug rehabilitation treatment, medical devices and treatments shall not be advertised. Prescription drugs other than those stipulated in the preceding paragraph may only be advertised in medical and pharmacological journals designated by the health administrative department of the State Council and the drug administration department of the State Council **** the same.

Article 21
Advertisements for medical products and medical devices are prohibited. p>Article 21
Advertisements for pesticides, veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives shall not contain the following contents:?

Article 23
Alcohol advertisements shall not contain the following contents:?
(1) Inducing or encouraging the consumption of alcohol or publicizing the uncontrolled consumption of alcohol;?
(ii) Showing actions of drinking;?
(iii) Exhibiting activities such as driving a car, boat, or airplane;?
(iv) Explicitly or implicitly suggesting that drinking alcohol has the effect of eliminating tension and anxiety, increasing physical strength, and so on.
Article 24
Education and training advertisements shall not contain the following contents:?
(1) express or implied guaranteed promises of advancement, passing examinations, obtaining degrees or certificates of competency, or of the effects of education or training;?
(ii) expressly or impliedly involve the relevant examination organizations or their staff, examination proposers in education, training;?
(C) the use of scientific research units, academic institutions, educational institutions, trade associations, professionals, beneficiaries of the name or image of the recommendation, proof.
Article 27
Advertisements for crop seeds, forest seeds, grass seeds, breeding livestock and poultry, aquatic seedlings and breeding advertisements on the name of the variety, production performance, growth or yield, quality, resistance, special use value, economic value, suitable for planting or breeding the scope and conditions of the expression shall be true, clear, understandable, and shall not contain the following content:?
(a) make scientifically unverifiable assertions;?
(ii) assertions or guarantees of efficacy;?
(iii) analyzing, predicting or making guaranteed promises of economic benefits;?
(d) the use of scientific research units, academic institutions, technology promotion organizations, industry associations or professionals, the name or image of the user for recommendation, proof.
