Notice on Strictly Investigating and Punishing 15 Kinds of Violations and Violations in Epidemic Prevention and Control

3. Taking public transportation to enter and leave the community , scenic spots, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, hospitals and other public places, or through epidemic prevention and control health service points, refuse to cooperate with the management staff's persuasion to wear masks, check body temperature and check health information as required, and force entry
4. During the epidemic prevention and control period, residents in closed areas, control areas and other communities within the scope of the epidemic prevention and control work refuse to cooperate with management and go out or gather without permission;
5. Persons included in the scope of nucleic acid testing will not participate in the unified nucleic acid testing unless there are special circumstances;
6. Fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat , conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms, failing to seek medical treatment in accordance with epidemic prevention and control requirements, and dissuasion and reminders are ineffective;
7. Disrupting the order of medical and epidemic prevention work, deliberately damaging medical and epidemic prevention properties and facilities, Intentionally injuring or using violence or other methods to openly insult or intimidate medical and epidemic prevention staff;
8. Fabricating, spreading, and disseminating false information related to the epidemic on the Internet or in other public places, disrupting the order of epidemic prevention and control ;

10. Using transportation means to smuggle or hide risk personnel, causing the spread or epidemic of the epidemic;

For individuals, enterprises or units suspected of the above-mentioned acts, relevant departments such as public security, health, market supervision, transportation, culture, tourism, and cyberspace will, according to the division of responsibilities, investigate and deal with violations of epidemic prevention measures. The nature, circumstances, occasions, causes, degree of harm, etc. shall be determined in accordance with the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, and the Emergency Response Law of the People's Republic of China. "Regulations on Emergency Response to Public Health Emergencies" and laws and regulations related to epidemic prevention and control will be strictly investigated and dealt with, and those suspected of committing crimes will be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law
