Article XIV in the railroad line safety protection zone and its adjacent areas to build or set up buildings, structures, equipment, etc., shall not enter the national provisions of the railroad construction limit.
In the railroad line safety protection zone in the adjacent area of the construction or set up the color steel tiled houses, movable houses, plastic sheds, billboards (plaques), as well as scrap yards, garbage dumps and other buildings, structures, their owners, administrators or users should strengthen the management of the necessary safety measures to prevent the impact on the safety of railroad transport.
