Chapter II institutions, places, items of disinfection management Article 4 The health administrative department of the following institutions, places, items of disinfection supervision and management:

(b) family planning services;

(c) child care, nursing institutions;

(d) pathogenic microorganisms experiments;

(e) funeral and burial institutions. p>(v) funeral service organizations;

(vi) clothing laundries and rental and sale of used clothing;

(vii) student dormitories (apartments), places where migrant populations live in a concentrated manner;

(viii) hotels, hostels, guest houses, canteens, restaurants, hotels, cafes, bars, cafes;

(e) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national and provincial health administrative departments to deal with sewage, dirt, and meet the relevant national health standards. Medical waste is prohibited to sell, transfer and give away;

(F) new construction, remodeling, expansion of the relevant departments should be in line with the provincial health administrative departments on the prevention of nosocomial infections. Article 6 The following institutions, places and objects shall be disinfected according to the regulations:

(1) child care and elderly institutions shall establish and improve the disinfection management system, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the administrative department of health, regular disinfection of indoor air, tableware, toys, and other activities, places and objects;

(2) disease-causing microorganisms experimental institutions shall comply with the relevant sterilization Management system and operating procedures, equipment for experiments, contaminated items, etc. in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of health disinfection to prevent infectious diseases and the spread of disease-causing microorganisms;

(C) funeral parlors, crematoriums, and parking places and vehicles transporting corpses should be set up regular disinfection system, in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of health in a timely manner disinfection treatment;

(d) the source of infectious diseases shall implement disinfection in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the requirements of the technical norms and standards for disinfection of the source of infectious diseases;

(e) units and individuals operating laundry and renting and selling used clothes shall disinfect the relevant items and premises in accordance with the requirements of the administrative department of health;

(f) schools, units and institutions where mobile populations live in a concentrated manner shall disinfect the student dormitories in accordance with the requirements of the administrative department of health. administrative departments, the student dormitories (apartments), mobile population living places and articles for regular disinfection treatment.

Disinfection service organizations to submit an application for approval, should provide the relevant information specified by the provincial health administrative department. Article IX The conditions for the establishment of disinfection services provided by the provincial health administrative department. Chapter IV Management of the production and operation of disinfection products Article 10 The establishment of disinfection products manufacturer, production of disinfection products should be applied to the provincial or municipal health administrative departments, health administrative departments within thirty days from the date of receipt of the application, the conditions are met, shall be issued to the "Disinfection Products Manufacturing Enterprises Health License", disinfection products health registration number; does not meet the conditions, shall give a reply and explain the reasons.

To obtain the "disinfection products manufacturer health license" of the manufacturer to change the name of the enterprise, the legal representative, the production category, the relocation of the plant site, should be registered for change. Production of single-use sanitary products should be filed to the city and state health administrative departments.
