Quality Objective: Pass Main Items and Work Content: The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, processing, appurtenances, services, and implementation for the completion of the work items listed below. This contract includes, but is not limited to, the following projects: (1) embankment repair, riverbed beach dredging, embankment slope protection, and new construction of various small buildings, civil engineering and junction equipment production and installation; (2) soil and water conservation and environmental protection. 2.2, hydrometeorology and engineering geology: 2.2.1, hydrometeorology: the average rainfall in the project area for many years is 1,543.8mm, rainfall is mainly concentrated in April to August, accounting for 58.66% of the whole year, of which the most in June, accounting for 13.26% of the whole year; the average evaporation for many years is 1,168.1mm, mainly concentrated in May to September, of which evaporation is the largest in July; average temperature is 17.0℃. The average multi-year temperature is 17.0℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 43.6℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is -13.2℃; the average number of sunshine hours is 1551.4h, and the average frost-free period is 271.8d; the average multi-year wind speed is 2.5m/s, and the maximum wind speed in all the years is 20.0m/s (NNE, N); and the average value of the maximum wind speed during flood season is 12.0m/s. 2.2. Engineering geology: The project area is located in the north of the city, with the highest number of months accounting for 13.26% of the year. 2, engineering geology: the project area is in the third uplift zone of the new Huaxia system, the northern part of the Xuefeng arc tectonic deflection to the east, the southeast near the Qiyangshan zigzag arc tectonic north, EW and NE ~ NEE to the tectonic densely distributed in the area in the western and southwestern part of the region, for the main tectonic skeleton of the region. The main engineering geological problems in this river section are: anti-scour stability of embankment, siltation of riverbed, thin embankment and substandard embankment elevation. 2.3 External traffic conditions: Zhixi River Hebei Fengshan section of the project through the Xielinggang township, the township's geographical location is superior, with the S308 provincial highway running through it, the Changchang Expressway, National Highway 319 running through the whole territory, Shi Chang Railway, Luozhan Railway intersection here, the highway east to Ningxiang, Changsha, north to the Yuanjiang River, the Zhixi River through the city of X to join the Zijiang River. 2.4 Material supply planning: The natural construction materials of this project mainly include soil, stone blocks, sand and gravel. Except for soil and stone blocks which are partly balanced by digging and filling, the rest can be mined and purchased locally during construction. Other construction materials mainly include steel, timber, cement, oil, fittings, etc., which can be purchased and used directly from the corresponding material departments in Changsha. 3, project construction characteristics: after careful study of the bidding documents, design drawings and technical requirements and the local supply of building materials, the distribution of materials, this section of the construction of the following characteristics: 3.1, the construction of the project seasonal, tight schedule, earth excavation and filling of high intensity, in the construction of the pre-planning should be done carefully, strengthen site management, reasonable arrangements for the work process flow, site planning, earth deployment and balance to ensure the completion of the contractual period of time. Construction temporary facilities should meet the requirements of flood safety and environmental protection. 1.2 Planning: Combined with the specific construction needs of the project and the requirements of the bidding document on the construction layout, it is proposed to make use of the beach land immediately adjacent to the top of the embankment and the inner and outer sides of the embankment in the construction area to carry out the layout of temporary facilities, and the main contents of the layout include temporary construction roads, diversion cofferdams, machinery repair plant, concrete mixing system, concrete prefabrication plant, reinforcement steel processing plant, timber processing plant, cement storehouse, laboratory, on-site scheduling watch room, pumping station, on-site dispatching plant, and on-site water supply system. Water for centralized concrete mixing stations and prefabrication plants can be used by setting up pools in the mixing stations and prefabrication plants. The pools are made of brick masonry with cement mortar, and according to the site conditions, water can be pumped out of the river from the water pumping station and purified by sedimentation. The water used for warehouse washing and concrete maintenance is pumped from the river through the pumping station. Water for earthwork construction is supplied by sprinklers, which are also used as dust control facilities. Rubber hose is used for water supply in this project, ****1000m. 3.2.3 Water supply for fire-fighting: This project's machinery repair plant, steel processing plant, template processing plant, temporary dispatching duty room, laboratory and other parts are connected with local water supply pipes, and fire-fighting gate valves are reserved for fire-fighting water in the fire-fighting parts to ensure that sufficient fire-fighting water is provided. 3.3 Construction communication: 3.3.1.
