If it is confirmed that the car supports Huawei mobile phones, this problem may be due to the use of non-original data cables, the MirrorLink certificate cannot be obtained or the MirrorLink certificate has expired. Please refer to the following solutions:
1. If the car is connected through a USB cable, click the MirrorLink icon and wait for a while. The central control screen of the car will prompt that there is no device supporting MirrorLink.
It is suggested that you restart the central control of the car first, then connect the mobile phone to WLAN or mobile data network, reconnect the car through USB data cable, and then follow the instructions of the mobile phone interface. If the problem still exists, it may be that the historical data of mobile phone authentication failure has not been cleared. Please select a setting? & gt? Applications and notifications? & gt? Application management? & gt? Driving mode? & gt? Save, click Delete Data, and then reconnect the car.
If the network signal in the parking area is not good, or the mobile data connection is not turned on, the mobile phone will not be able to obtain the MirrorLink certificate, which will cause the mobile phone to be recognized by the car as a device that does not support MirrorLink and give an abnormal prompt.
2. If the car is connected through USB cable, click the MirrorLink icon and wait for a period of time, which is not supported by the car central control screen prompt device.
It is suggested that you restart the central control of the car first, and then reconnect the car through the USB data cable. A prompt will pop up on the phone interface, indicating whether to allow access to device data. , please choose no, only charge.

If MirrorLink connection related applications are set to all automatic management or background applications are cleaned after screen locking, it will lead to abnormal connection after screen locking.
4. If the car is connected through USB data cable, the car central control screen display device cannot be used without authentication.
It is recommended that you connect your mobile phone to WLAN or mobile data network, reconnect the car through USB cable, and then follow the instructions on the mobile phone interface.
Because the authentication of the certificate required for establishing the MirrorLink connection between your mobile phone and the car is invalid or expired, when the mobile phone is connected to the car, the mobile phone cannot obtain the MirrorLink certificate because the network signal in the parking area is not good or the mobile phone has no data service.
