The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Huangpu Campus is currently the most complete set of medical specialties in the eastern part of Guangzhou, the most advanced equipment, the most complete facilities, the largest scale, medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and health care as one of the tertiary-level A-class general hospital. It was renamed as The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University East Hospital in 2013.
