The United Family Healthcare Foundation (UFHF) has been providing medical care in China since 2001, with a focus on maternal and child health, disease relief and empowerment. The United Family Healthcare Foundation's goal is to provide hope and healing.

The United Family Healthcare Foundation embodies corporate social responsibility on behalf of United Family Healthcare, which is the largest donor to the Foundation, donating 1% of its annual revenue each year to help orphaned children, migrant workers, and underprivileged adults in China by providing them with medical and surgical assistance to improve their lot and return to normal life.

The United Family Healthcare Vehicle (UFHV) is the mobile clinic of the United Family Healthcare Foundation (UFHF), which has been in operation since November 2015, and has traveled more than 20,000 kilometers to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Ningxia, Shaanxi, and Yunnan to provide medical care to orphans, migrant families, and the underprivileged. In January 2018, China's civil affairs department officially approved United Family Healthcare to register as a non-public foundation in China, which is a charitable organization.
