Is environmental pollution serious in Anqing City?

Last night, Anhui Province (Anqing City) reached severe pollution levels, which continued to affect the air quality of our county (Hukou)

1. Yesterday’s air quality conditions

On January 4, 2022, the AQI was 188, and the category was moderate pollution. The daily average value of PM2.5 is 141 μg/m3, and the annual average value is 106 μg/m3, ranking 14th in the city and 110th in the province; the daily average value of PM10 is 172 μg/m3, and the annual average value is 140 μg/m3, ranking 14th in the city and 103rd in the province; The number of polluted days was 4, and the number of good days ranked 13th in the city and 95th in the province; the 8-hour moving average maximum value of ozone was 40 μg/m3.

(Note: The above data will be subject to the final review by the provincial station)

2. Today’s air quality forecast

Today’s weather will turn from light rain to overcast, with a temperature of 4℃ ~9℃, humidity 83~98 (predicted by the Central Meteorological Observatory), the dominant wind direction is northerly, the wind speed is 0~3.3m/s, the diffusion conditions are poor, and there is still the influence of transmission in the Northeast region. The air quality pollution level is mild pollution, the AQI is between 113 and 148, and the primary pollutant is PM2.5. Affected by rainfall in the morning, the concentration of particulate matter has shown a downward trend. If Baoliang is maintained today, the average hourly concentration of PM2.5 is controlled below 53.6 μg/m3, which means Baoliang is under great pressure.

(Note: The forecast has a certain degree of uncertainty, and the specific situation needs to be further tracked and judged)

3. Management and control suggestions

Last night Anhui Province (Anqing City) ) have reached severe pollution, which continues to affect the air quality of our county (Hukou). Jiujiang City issued a yellow emergency response notice for polluted weather at 12:00 on the 4th. Today, it needs to be controlled according to the yellow warning emission reduction measures. The specific measures are as follows:

(1) Control of industrial enterprises

1. Key industrial enterprises should implement emission reduction measures in accordance with the emergency emission reduction list:

(1) Jiujiang Pinggang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.: sintering machines and pellet equipment will be suspended for more than 50 days, calculated as production lines; lime kilns will be suspended. .

(2) Jiangxi Lianda Jinshawan Metallurgical Co., Ltd.: the pelletizing equipment was stopped; the lime kiln was stopped.

(3) Jiujiang Yingxiang Minerals Co., Ltd.: Suspended production.

(4) Jiangxi Copper Lead and Zinc Metal Co., Ltd.: Limit production to 30.

(5) Shenhua Guohua Jiujiang Power Generation Co., Ltd.: Take emission reduction measures independently based on actual conditions.

2. Brick kilns, cement grinding stations, concrete production, open-pit mining and other industries have been suspended.

3. Industrial painting, electrophoresis drying, furniture manufacturing, packaging and printing and other industries that use solvent-based coatings and inks involving volatile organic compounds will be suspended.

Strengthen the investigation of industrial parks, focus on the emergency emission reduction of enterprises and the operation of pollution control facilities for key enterprises that emit waste gas, and inspect those sections that do not meet the standards and those that fail to implement emission reduction measures in accordance with emergency emission reduction requirements. Business units are required to make immediate rectifications to ensure the effective implementation of emergency emission reduction measures.

(2) Motor Vehicle Emission Reduction Measures

1. Stop using non-road mobile machinery (excluding clean energy and emergency maintenance machinery);

2. Stop using National IV and below heavy-duty trucks for transportation (except special vehicles, hazardous chemical vehicles, etc.);

(3) Dust pollution prevention and control measures

1. Strengthen dust management at construction sites, exposed ground, material storage yards, roads and other places, prohibit concrete mixing, building demolition, waste truck transportation, earthwork operations, and increase the frequency of watering and dust reduction at construction sites;

2. Increase the frequency of watering and dust suppression at construction sites, increase the frequency of road cleaning, and reduce traffic dust pollution;

(4) Other emission reduction measures

1. Increase the frequency of fire protection Frequency of law enforcement inspections of key air pollution sources such as coal boilers, construction sites, motor vehicle emissions, and industrial enterprises to ensure that their air pollutant emissions meet standards;

2. It is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers, open-air barbecues, and strictly prohibit garbage and straw Open burning;

3. Catering units that fail to install oil fume purification facilities as required and whose emissions do not meet standards are closed;

4. Ships use clean energy such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) and dock at ports Prioritize the use of shore power;

5. Take feasible meteorological intervention measures according to meteorological conditions.
