Products should be marked in the following order: product code, type code, structure code, performance code, working pressure, nominal diameter. Product and structure codes are as follows: flexural rubber joint RFJ, single sphere D, double sphere S, elbow W, concentric reducer Yt, eccentric reducer Yp, fan coil joint F.
Example of marking: RFJD-1.6×200,. Refers to the nominal diameter of 200mm single sphere flexural rubber joint, working pressure 1.6Mpa.
Working pressure: the test pressure of the rubber joint is 5 times the working pressure, burst pressure is 3 times the working pressure.
Vacuum resistance: nominal inner diameter of 300mm or less, working pressure of 1.6Mpa or more rubber joints, vacuum resistance of not less than 100Kpa, other specifications of the rubber will be the forehead of the vacuum by the supply and demand side agreement.
Rubber joints used in drinking water system safety evaluation: rubber joints used in drinking water system safety flat
Rubber joints used in drinking water system, through the product after the water quality should be consistent with GB/T5749 "drinking water health standards" and GB/T17219 "drinking water transmission and distribution of drinking water equipment and protective materials, safety evaluation of relevant provisions and requirements. Standards" of the relevant provisions and requirements.
Requirements for metal flanges and flat joints: metal flanges shall meet the requirements of GB/T9119, and flat joints shall meet the requirements of GB/T3289.37.
Requirements when the end face of the rubber joint is reinforced with steel wire ring: when the end face of the rubber joint is reinforced with steel wire ring, the steel wire ring should be kept round and should be located in the same plane in the same year.
