The publicity period shall be no less than 3 days, and the tenderer shall determine the winning bidder within 10 days after the end of the publicity period. The notice of winning the bid is usually issued to the winning bidder and the unsuccessful bidder after the winning bidder is determined. The tenderer also needs to submit a bidding status report to the relevant administrative supervision department within 15 days.
