4. If there are light hydrocarbons and condensate in the device or pipeline, the ignition level will be adjusted upward by one level.
(b) normal production of devices and tanks, where not fire all immobile, where it can be removed must be removed to a safe place to fire. Under normal circumstances, holidays and night work, non-production is necessary, all prohibited fire. In case of emergency, after requesting the approval of the approval of the level of fire, in order to ensure the safety of the situation, you can take emergency fire measures, and then make up for the fire operation procedures and programs.

(d) Where the fire operation involves other special operations, must apply for the corresponding operation ticket, is strictly prohibited to "industrial fire operation ticket" instead.
(E) equipment requirements
1. using electric welding for pyrotechnic construction of tanks, containers and pipelines should be installed near the welding point of the grounding wire, its grounding resistance should be less than 10 Ω. The construction site layout and requirements of electrical wiring should be consistent with the requirements of the GBJ50257 "electrical installation of electrical installations in explosion- and fire-hazardous environments electrical installation and acceptance of the Code" requirements.

Gas analysis should include combustible gas concentration, toxic and hazardous gas concentration, oxygen and nitrogen concentration, etc., the combustible medium (including explosive dust) content must be less than 10% of the lower explosive limit of the medium and air mixtures (by volume), the oxygen content of 15% to 25%, toxic and hazardous gases should be in line with the provisions of relevant national standards. Gas samples should be representative (large volume should be more than one sampling, according to the size of the medium and the relative density of air to determine the sampling focus should be above or below). Analysis results reported, sampling and analysis of samples should be retained for at least 8 h. Abnormalities, should stop the fire, re-sampling and analysis.
