1. Operators should undergo training and assessment, and hold valid certificates to work.
2. Cylinders should have obvious color markings and anti-shock rings. They should not be near heat sources or exposed to sunlight. They should be placed in a special warehouse after use.
3. Safety protection devices such as anti-backfire devices, pressure reducers, pressure gauges, and safety helmets are complete and effective. The leather pipes are tightened with chucks to ensure no air leakage. To check for air leaks, use soapy water and do not use open flames.
4. Oxygen bottles and acetylene bottles should be stored at a distance of not less than 2 meters, used at a distance of not less than 5 meters, and at least 10 meters away from open flames.
5. Oxygen bottles, oxidizing gas meters and welding and cutting tools are strictly prohibited from being contaminated with grease.
6. When igniting, the muzzle of the welding gun must not be pointed at anyone.
7. Do not climb ladders or climb while holding a welding gun connected to a hose.
8. After the work is completed, the gas cylinder valve should be closed, the safety cover should be screwed on, and the operating site should be inspected to confirm that there is no risk of fire before leaving.
