The hospital has 130 employees on duty, 108 professional and technical personnel, accounting for 83% of the total, including 8 senior titles, 19 intermediate titles, 81 junior titles. The hospital covers an area of 6.6 acres, with a total construction area of 7,137 square meters. It can set up 106 beds, including: 71 obstetrics, 25 gynecology, 10 pediatrics. The main medical equipments are: Madison high-grade real-time 3D color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic system, Japan Toshiba automatic biochemistry analyzer, the United States Abbott automatic blood cell analyzer, electrochemiluminescence automatic immunoassay system, multifunctional maternity beds, the Italian Parsons color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic system and so on more than 150 sets. It provides better conditions for women's and children's health care and medical treatment.

The hospital consists of four major units, namely, Human Secretarial Unit, Financial Planning Unit, Medical Education Unit and Preventive Health Unit. Medical treatment is divided into preventive health care and clinical medical two major parts. There is an outpatient department and an inpatient department. Preventive health care set up women's health care, children's health care, marriage health care, reproductive health, infertility treatment.
