After the occurrence of suspected/confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia among the company's employees, the person in charge of the department where the incident occurred should immediately report to the company's emergency office and promptly report to the nearby disease prevention and control organizations or medical institutions.

Article 5 The people's governments at all levels lead the work of prevention and control of infectious diseases.
People's governments at or above the county level to formulate plans for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and organize the implementation of the establishment and improvement of disease prevention and control of infectious diseases, medical treatment and supervision and management system.
Article 6 of the state council health administrative department in charge of the national infectious disease prevention and control and its supervision and management work. Local people's governments at or above the county level, the health administrative department is responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within the administrative region.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective areas of responsibility.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the military shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the State, and the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army shall be responsible for the supervision and management thereof.
