If it's a discrete graphics card then there's a problem, and that's because your corresponding driver isn't the right one, which simply means that your program isn't the driver for the graphics card. It's not that the graphics card is not plugged in properly or anything else, if it's not plugged in properly it won't appear this way, it will appear that your computer can't boot up, and now it's a normal startup, so now the most common situation is the correct or not the driver, and then for the model of the card to go to the Internet to download the corresponding driver and then install it again.
Then again, there is a problem with the graphics card, check the method. My computer right-click Management Device Manager, to see if it is correct to find the device, if not found is a bit of a problem on the graphics card, you can take it to the repair.
