Malaysia
1. Prohibit the entry of Chinese citizens of Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Regardless of nationality, anyone who has traveled to the Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu regions will not be allowed to enter Malaysia for 14 days.
2. All Chinese travelers and other nationalities will be required to undergo a temperature test at the international port of entry, and all those who are denied entry will have their return flights arranged by the airlines they are traveling with.
3. If you do not fall under the above restrictions, but your place of birth is Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, the Malaysian Immigration Department has the right to ask further questions and check your air ticket to confirm that there is no problem, and then release you, and you need to prepare the last 2-3 months of travel information and round-trip air ticket itinerary for checking.
4. At present, the Singapore-Malaysia gate located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, has been closed to Chinese citizens. Chinese citizens in Malaysia who intend to return to their home country or go to a third country via Singapore will change their flights as soon as possible, and may choose to depart from Johor Bahru Airport or via Kuala Lumpur Airport.
5. All residents of Zhejiang and Jiangsu, as well as residents of Hubei, who were previously banned from entering the country, are banned from entering Sabah regardless of what kind of visa they hold (including work permits, student visas, etc., regardless of whether they are flying direct or connecting flights; all Chinese tourists holding tourist visas are banned from entering Sabah regardless of whether they are flying direct or connecting flights; Chinese nationals holding long-stay permits such as work permits, student visas, and so on, are banned from entering the country; Chinese nationals holding work permits, student visas, and other long-stay permits for Sabah (except Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu) are required to be quarantined at home for 14 days after entering the country.

People departing from mainland China, regardless of nationality, are not permitted to enter or transit in Singapore. Chinese nationals departing from countries or regions outside mainland China and have not visited mainland China within 14 days can transit through Singapore but are not allowed entry. New permanent residents and long term pass holders can enter and apply for a 14-day vacation on their own initiative. The issuance of all types of new visas to Chinese passport holders has been suspended, and the application of previously issued short-term and multiple-entry visas as well as visa transit facilitation measures have been suspended, during which holders are not allowed to enter the country. For restricted entrants under the above preventive and control measures, those who have a genuine need to visit Singapore for special reasons may apply to the new immigration authorities for entry. Since February 7, Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has issued a notice stating that foreign workers who have visited Mainland China in the past 14 days and plan to return to Singapore after 23:59 on February 8 (including IPA holders of Approval-in-Principle (AIP) letters) must apply to MOM three days in advance, and will not be allowed to enter the country until they have been granted permission to do so. Afghanistan
All passengers on international flights arriving in Afghanistan will have their temperatures tested and quarantine measures will be taken when suspected cases are detected.
Qatar
Passengers from mainland China may be subjected to further health screening and may even be asked to be quarantined, in addition to having their temperatures taken, when they enter the country at Hamad International Airport. At the same time, the Qatari side requires travelers who are allowed to enter the country to sign a pledge (which includes a commitment to self-imposed home quarantine for 14 days after entering the country, etc.). Chinese nationals who do not have a permanent residence document (ID) in Qatar or who have not applied for a visa in advance may not be allowed to enter the country.
UAE
Airports are screening the temperature of all passengers on direct flights from China; since February 5, the UAE government has continued to allow domestic flights to and from Beijing Capital International Airport, while flights to and from other Chinese cities have been suspended.
Vietnam
Continued to suspend allowing Chinese citizens and third-country citizens in China to enter the country for the purposes of tourism, labor, business, study, visiting relatives and other purposes (i.e., with a visa with the characters DL, LD, DN, DH, VR, etc.). Persons going to Vietnam for diplomatic and official purposes may enter the country normally if they meet the conditions of entry after medical examination at the port of entry. Chinese citizens departing from countries or regions free of epidemics may enter the country normally if they do not stay in China within 14 days. According to a notice from the Vietnam Aviation Administration, Vietnam National Airlines will launch six temporary flights on February 15 to assist Chinese citizens stranded in Vietnam to return home.
Lebanon
Increases infectious disease surveillance at airports, ports, land borders nationwide. Nepal

Mongolia
A temporary restriction on Chinese nationals and third-country nationals in transit to China to enter Mongolia through all China-Mongolia ports has been extended until March 30th. From Feb. 15 to March 2, all flights to and from China, international passenger rail trains, road travel inspections and other ports will be temporarily closed. Freight vehicles and drivers can enter and exit the country through Mundura-Hangi, Erlian-Zamyn-Uud, and Ebdug-Bayan Khushu road crossings. Kuwait
Entry into Kuwait is prohibited for persons holding Kuwaiti residence permits and visas who have stayed in mainland China and Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, South Korea, Thailand, Italy, Singapore and Japan within two weeks. The entry into Kuwait of persons with transit flights from Singapore and Japan is prohibited. Iraq
Banning Chinese citizens from entering Iraqi territory through border crossings and airports for 30 days. Sri Lanka
Chinese tourists visiting Sri Lanka are required to apply for an electronic travel authorization (ETA) on the website in advance, and visa-on-arrival counters at Sri Lanka's Bandaranaike International Airport will no longer accept visa-on-arrival applications from Chinese tourists. All airlines are required to confirm that Chinese tourists are in possession of the ETA before issuing boarding passes.
Georgia
Health and disease control agencies at the airport to implement temperature testing, staff to check whether passengers on flights from China or containing Chinese tourists have a fever, and inquiries about the passenger's place of origin, passing through the city, etc., and if any incoming tourists have suspected symptoms, it is recommended that they go to a professional medical institution for further examination.
Brunei
Brunei has implemented temperature testing at all ports of entry and requires arrivals to complete a health declaration form. Except for Brunei citizens and permanent residents, travelers from Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces are temporarily prohibited from entering the country; Brunei long-term visa holders (e.g. work visa, specialist visa, etc.) who have visited Chinese provinces other than Hubei, Zhejiang and Jiangsu within 14 days prior to their arrival in Brunei are required to quarantine themselves for 14 days after their arrival in Brunei.
Pakistan
The temperature of travelers arriving from China is measured at the airport, and those with normal temperatures are required to quarantine themselves for 14 days after arrival, while those with abnormal temperatures will be taken to designated hospitals for isolation and observation.
Turkmenistan
Turkmenistan takes quarantine measures such as strengthening temperature checks on passengers from China at the time of entry into the country, and may isolate them for examination and send them to hospitals for treatment if relevant symptoms are found. The Philippines
Temporarily banned the entry of anyone from mainland China and Hong Kong and Macau special administrative regions, except for Filipino citizens and holders of permanent residence visas issued by the Philippine government, who will be required to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine after entering the country.
North Korea
Temporarily prohibits the entry of Chinese nationals and imposes a 30-day quarantine on all recent arrivals, including North Korean nationals.
Iran
Temporarily canceled all direct flights between China and Iran, but third-country connecting flights are not restricted.
Kazakhstan
Suspended the 72-hour visa-free transit policy for Chinese citizens until July 1; suspended work on the Kazakh side of the Khorgos Border Cooperation Center; temporarily suspended land and air passenger transportation between Kazakhstan and mainland China; and suspended the issuance of visas to Chinese citizens. Since February 20, people from China will be isolated by the hospital for 14 days, if there is no problem and then 10 days of medical follow-up observation (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; from countries and regions with more than 10 cases of new crowns will be isolated at home for 14 days, if there is no problem and then 10 days of medical follow-up observation. Persons from countries with fewer than 10 new crown cases will be placed under medical follow-up observation for 24 days.
Azerbaijan
Since Jan. 28, all incoming passengers at Baku International Airport have been tested for questions, and those with abnormal temperatures have been medically examined and quarantined as appropriate. Since February 1, Chinese citizens holding ordinary passports have been suspended from applying for electronic visas and visa-on-arrival operations at Baku International Airport.
India
Since January 31, border guards in five Indian states neighboring Nepal have been conducting quarantine inspections on people from Wuhan, Hubei province. The Chennai airport is required to take blood samples for inspection and quarantine for 28 days for persons from Wuhan city, 28 days for persons from other parts of China, and persons from Southeast Asia are to be inspected under flu disease. Since February 2, the issuance of e-visas to Chinese passport holders and persons of other nationalities residing in China has been suspended, and the use of e-visas already held by the above persons has been suspended. Those who do need to travel to India can contact the Indian Embassy or Consulate in China via email to re-apply for a visa.
Maldives
Since January 31, direct flights between China and Malaysia have been suspended. Since February 3, all non-Maldivian citizens who have been to mainland China within 14 days prior to their entry into the Maldives have not been allowed to enter or transit in the country.
Japan
Since Feb. 13, foreigners who have stayed in Hubei and Zhejiang provinces within 14 days prior to the date of entry application and Chinese nationals holding passports issued in Hubei and Zhejiang provinces have been denied entry without special reasons.
Tajikistan
Since Feb. 1, recent travelers and Chinese nationals arriving from Dushanbe Airport are first arranged to be examined at a designated hospital and quarantined for 14 days. Since February 3, all air routes between Tajikistan and China have been suspended.
Kyrgyzstan
Since February 1, the temporary closure of the Kyrgyzstan-China border crossing, suspension of all flights between Kyrgyzstan and China, and suspension of the issuance of visas to Chinese citizens to Kyrgyzstan. Since February 4, the Kyrgyz health and epidemic prevention department will conduct temperature testing and upper respiratory tract sampling for all incoming travelers from countries where the epidemic has occurred, including travelers transiting through a third country to enter Kyrgyzstan, and the travelers will have to wait in the quarantine area temporarily before the test results are available, and the time needed for the medical testing is estimated to be two to three days.
Uzbekistan
All flights to and from China have been suspended since February 1st.
Myanmar
Suspended visa-on-arrival for Chinese tourists since Feb. 1 and will resume as soon as conditions permit. Health quarantine has been strengthened at several airports, including Yangon, Naypyidaw and Mandalay international airports, for travelers entering from or through Wuhan.
Armenia
From Feb. 1 to March 31, the policy of visa-free entry for Chinese citizens holding ordinary passports has been suspended, and they are required to apply for visas through Asian diplomatic agencies or the electronic visa system before entering the country. Chinese citizens entering the country with diplomatic and official passports will still enjoy visa-free treatment, and Asia has suspended the issuance of visa-on-arrival to Chinese citizens.
Jordan
Since Feb. 2, it has banned the entry of people holding Chinese passports within two weeks of leaving China's borders.
Laos
Since Feb. 2, the Lao-Chinese border international crossing has suspended the issuance of tourist visas on arrival for foreigners, and Laos' embassies and consulates in China have suspended the issuance of tourist visas for foreigners departing from China.
Oman
Since February 2, all Omani flights to and from China have been suspended. From February 10, all arrivals from China and other outbreak-affected areas are required to undergo specialized quarantine inspections within 14 days at a location designated by the Ministry of Health. Upon arrival at Muscat International Airport, travelers from China are required to undergo a health check, fill out an international traveler's health declaration form and a health certificate, etc. Those who have a fixed residence in Oman can be quarantined at home after checking and confirming that there is no suspicion of the symptoms, while those who do not have a fixed residence will be quarantined at the location designated by the Ministry of Health for 14 days.
Bangladesh

South Korea
