Where can I find information on the hospital's EIA?

It can be found at the local environmental protection bureau.

Article 56 of the new environmental protection law provides that: the department responsible for approving environmental impact assessment documents for construction projects shall, upon receipt of the environmental impact assessment report for a construction project, make it public in its entirety, except for matters relating to state secrets and commercial secrets; and if it is found that the construction project has not sufficiently solicited the public's opinion, it shall instruct the construction unit to solicit the public's opinion.

Article 53 states: Citizens, legal persons and other organizations shall enjoy the right to obtain environmental information and to participate in and supervise environmental protection in accordance with law.

Departments in charge of environmental protection at all levels of the people's government and other departments with supervisory and management responsibilities for environmental protection shall, in accordance with the law, disclose environmental information, improve public participation procedures, and facilitate the participation in and supervision of environmental protection by citizens, legal persons and other organizations.

You can go to the local environmental protection bureau to make inquiries, the approval authority to make public.

Sometimes, not necessarily your county or city environmental protection bureau approval, there may need to go to the provincial environmental protection department for approval, but also have to go to the provincial environmental protection department query.
